I had order samsung note 10 plus flip cover mirror and it come with duplicate
I had scan Qr code on box too but app doesn't work too.
1100/- rs had been taken from the company for 100 rupee cover.

Hello i have ordered a white case for my samsung s9 plus mobile. But the item i got from them was different to what i have ordered. I have sent many mails to them regarding this but they didnt respond to any of my mails. I want them to give me the one i have ordered kr refund....

No tracking detail has been mentioned and when ever trying to contact casewale never phone is switch off every time. I have ordered a case work Rs 3000 and they are not responding to on mail also nor they are providing my refund probably they are going uproad so don't buy products from their website...

I placed an order for Double Sided Magnetic Glass Case for OnePlus 9 / 9 Pro - Black / OnePlus 9 Pro on July 20, 2021. I called them after 2 weeks since my product didn't arrive. They informed the product is out of stock and will arrive soon else they will issue refund. Till now to the date I have not got my money or the product. I ordered phone case on 4th July from casewale online website and got confirmation with order no. CW282664 but it is not yet shipped/delivered. Phone no. and email on website are not working. My money (Rs 1499) are stuck and not sure how to contact them. It seems fraud case.

Can you please look into it and take required actions....
