Cash Bean — Use abusive language

Dear sir,
My self amandeep kaur my hsbad taken loan from cash been and every time they can make payment on timely but in present due to covid 19 the financial situation is so impacted as a result the payment was not done but your customer care executive very harassed him as well as me also in last 28 aug 2020 your executive call me in my husband number after that he can calling me on my personal number and used very abused language also they can make fake calls on my husband's contact number that they are calling from police station and cash bean file a fir against you. so i request to you please stop this non-seance behavior otherwise i take a action against this.i have all recording proof as well as whats app chat conversation with your executive.
