Cash E — personal loan charges and taxes after full payment of 6 months emis

Respected sir/madam,
I have availed 6 months loan from cash e application and principal amount with interest & taxes as included in every emi was paid.
After that they have again added taxes, charges and interest of total rs. 1135/- but i was unable to pay due to job loss and financial issues of my family after several emails torture i arranged 300/- rs and paid online through upi.
But again they added interest and taxes on principal amount with reason delay in payment of rs. 835/- and also reported to credit information bureau of india and my cibil was damaged.
In this pandemic period government clearly notified that cibil score not be degraded for delay in emi but it was happened in my case.
