Have been a regular Cash customer having taken loan twice and closed

since 19 Aug i have applied for a new loan of 4 lakkhs and since my salary Account is HSBC the portal for security reasons isnt letting my upload my bank statements

later i have thrice shared this on the cash e documents email

twice on a wats app number shared by cash e executive which is[protected] and spoken twice post which...

Once the EMI delayed, the cash e department sending mails every one hour to my office mail id, I sent mails no of times to cash e team, but they are not responding.

Please help on this...

Respected sir/madam,
I have availed 6 months loan from cash e application and principal amount with interest & taxes as included in every emi was paid.
After that they have again added taxes, charges and interest of total rs. 1135/- but i was unable to pay due to job loss and financial issues of my family after several emails torture i arranged 300/- rs and paid online through upi.
But again they added interest and taxes...
