CashBean — As after the payment if loan amount including all late payment charges still loan is reflecting in my cibil

In 2020 i had applied for loan in cash bean of 1500 almost which got approved and i had recived a payment i just missed to pay it on time in result i had to pay late payment fees to and i payed whole amount including there interest and late fees after that i didnt taken any loan from any company but after 2years still its hampering my cibil due to which i wont able to apply any loan plz look into it and resolve it
