Hi, My name is Venukakarla and I had taken loan from CashBean app on 21/03/2020 and the loan account id is[protected]. I had paid the loan amount back but it is not reflecting in CIBIL which impacted my CIBIL score and because of which I am unable to apply for the credit card as well. I am okay to pay the amount again but the app and website are not availble as they are banned. I am not able to connect to customer acre as well. Kindly help in solving the issue.
