I take a loan from cash been on 11/03/2020 rup 8624/- but the pandemic situation my loan is overdue that the time but I contact pc financial company customer service and they will give me payment link for close my loan with due charges and then I close my loan with the penal charges on 20/12/2022 rup 11066/- I have also payment screenshot and also NDC for the proof but...

I took a loan in year 2020 with loan account number[protected] from cashbean mobile app. whose main company is PC Finance pvt ltd.
I can't contact them in any way. I had repay the loan on 10/04/2020 but they not update my payment in cibil . Also my credit score is going down.
I have been trying to contact them many times but they are not reachable on any number
please help me......

Iam raj, i have taken a loan for sevaral times in cashbeen and paid the loan amount with interest at within due date. But now in covid19 time when im applying they not approving a loan, it has been happen 4 times so seriously very disappointed.....

Very abbusive and threatening calls from cashbean. If this is how it goes surely im gonna suicide. And the cause of my death will be completely responsible because of cashbean. They are torturing me like anything. I took loan from cash bean app which was an online app rs 3450 in 04/6/2019 I am trying to repay the pending loan amount but it ceased terminated by RBI now it is effecting my cibil score

I have taken a loan in cash bean and cleared the amount but it was showing as active and status as Entity ceased while account was open in my cibil report.
I had already paid their loan amount on 2 Jan 2020 but now in 2024 as well their account is showing active as Entity ceased while account was open.
And they are showing DPD in my cibil report because of that i am getting rejection in taking new loan.
I am attaching the payment reciept as well.
And for your information i was on call with their customer care executive her name is Aarti when i made this payment and then i shared the screenshot on her email and cashbean support email as well.

Hi, My name is Venukakarla and I had taken loan from CashBean app on 21/03/2020 and the loan account id is[protected]. I had paid the loan amount back but it is not reflecting in CIBIL which impacted my CIBIL score and because of which I am unable to apply for the credit card as well. I am okay to pay the amount again but the app and website are not availble as they are banned. I am not able to connect to customer acre as well. Kindly help in solving the issue.

I have paid the loan fully in 2022. But still it's showing overdue in my cibil and also I didn't received NOC of loan closure. It's affecting my credit report and I am not able to fetch any loan becoz of this. Please solve as early as possible.
