CashBean — cashbean threatening me to pay the loan

Sir i need time from cashbean sir i am balasubramaniam taken loan from cashbean company and we are unable to pay the amount due to lock down and short priod of time. So i need time of 10days after lock down and the company is harrasing me to pay the loan
Any how we have to pay due to this lockdown if i take action and i will do other step and please take action on cashbean company
