CashBean — Complaint about not updating my payment

My name is vikas jain my registered mobile no is [protected].my loan id in cashbeen is[protected]. Sir I made payment on 26th feb of amount of 2814 rs to cash been from gogalpay and transaction is successful but sir cash been still not updat my payment they said still they didn't receive amount and also they can't send me bank statement so I can Chek.my bank validat that payment is successfully transferred into cashbeen account but they didn't update and make penalties on this.they said payment stuck at Npci.pls help me regarding that sir.[protected] pdf pasword. I attach you my payment proof
