CashBean — I am complaints about cashbean

We take a loan from cashbean 12800 tenure 15 days, repayment total money in 15 days = 14700. No income in lockdown situation then i cant repayment, cashbean penalty 1 day charge approx 300 rs.
Cashbean call and say abuse he say murdered me
Pls wrote my complan and action this
I will pay total loan amount after some day but no overdue charge pay
