CashBean — loan repayment calls to me

Hi sir i have taken online loan from cash bean application, till now i have payed all the emi's on time, due to corona situation i am unable to pay the amount.
I have told so many times to cash bean customer care service. They are telling this company don't have any connection with rbi.

I need 1 month time to pay this amount i have told to the customer service team, but again and again they are calling me and my references

I am ready to the pay the amount, but need at least 1 month time. They are refusing this.
Please help me in this situation.
