CashBean — not increasing the time of repayment

Dear sir,
I am a regular customer of cashbeen. Due to lockdown for covid19 i couldnot pay his loan on time. They threating and imposed late fine not only me but also several customer. This is unfair and also against rbi guide line. My contact number is [protected] and my loan id is[protected]. Even i mail them covid [protected]@pcfinancial.in. Please tke proper action so that all get some time to repay it.
