I paid yesterday my loan in the total amount of 5, 085 thru gcash and was paid successfully but it was not credited to your payment channel online apps and still unpaid unsettled at this moment . Your agent is calling my contact and informing regarding my balance ... I already send proof of payment to your sms online service center on the apps and they said they are working on it. Also please advice your agents to act properly they should first contact me ...
