I paid yesterday my loan in the total amount of 5, 085 thru gcash and was paid successfully but it was not credited to your payment channel online apps and still unpaid unsettled at this moment . Your agent is calling my contact and informing regarding my balance ... I already send proof of payment to your sms online service center on the apps and they said they are working on it. Also please advice your agents to act properly they should first contact me ... If i cannot be contacted message me because I might have a meeting. ... so bad is your system

Sir maine koi loan nhi liya hai mere naam pai kisi nai fake loan liya hai or mujhe baar baar call krkai preshan kr rhe hai or mere contact ko

A loan app cash bee associated with go cash is threating over over calls even they are calling my relatives on daily basis. As in tripura a fully lockdown is intitated by government of tripura so i am facing an issue while doing the repaymnet. I am regular customer of them even i have paid them all repayments on time. As have i told them that due to fully lockdown right now its not possible for me they are just saying that i wont be good for you even i have said that as i am going to pay the penalties also then whats the issue and penalties is around rs.200 on daily basis for an loan amount of 4000. Even i have told them the rules and guidelines bof rbi monetorium and i will pay along with all the dues by then also using abussing languages calling relatives. Kindly need your help on priority basis as this people are ruining my life.. Kindly help me
