Bought an iphone 12 mini 128gb on 7th october 2022, the phone was hanging and battery was draining right from the beginning, i came back home after buying it and just after reaching home I went to them again to give it back and refund me they did not listen to me even i was saying just after 2 hours of buying it, they said phone is ok and also no return policy after billing. Now on 23rd October night just after 16 days of purchasing it the phone is completely dead so i went there in the shop at Ganesh chandra avenue where i bought it from to get a refund they refused to give me the refund and as the phone is completely dead now they are offering me a replacement. But i don’t want any more trouble from them now so i want refund as i have come to from others that they don’t sell good phones they just repair and exchange if to customer to customer Was this information helpful? |
