Everything about the iPhone is totally okay except the iPhone screen suddenly blacks out but it keeps working and then after a few seconds, it is back to normal. I never expected to receive such an iPhone from Cashify when they claimed that they ran 32 quality checks. Moreover, the complaint bot of Cashify on WhatsApp is not working. I have been worried for 4 days and still, there's no resolution. I want a replacement as soon as possible.

Despite my repeated attempts to seek clarification and resolution on the shortfall and the amount which was reduced by the agent just because his manager informed him to do so over the phone, Still it appears that my messages have been ignored. As someone who placed trust in your services, I find this lack of communication and disregard for my concerns deeply concerning and unprofessional.
It is disheartening to experience such negligence after having engaged with your company and entrusting my device for evaluation and sale.I urge you to thoroughly investigate the situation, including the unexplained price adjustment, and provide a detailed explanation for the lack of response thus far. Additionally, I expect a fair and satisfactory resolution to be offered promptly.
Presently, There is a shortfall of INR 1600 (INR 9200 offered after informing the issue to 7600 offered) as the agent as stated above - Despite my device having zero scratches and being in excellent condition, which the agent agreed as well but the manager to whom he was talking on whatsapp, advised marking it as heavy scratches to lower the price originally offered.
Incredibly disappointing experience as the issue was informed to Cashify before sending an agent who will ensure the transaction happens smoothly- imploring you to take immediate action and demonstrate accountability,
In my earlier communication, I clearly mentioned that I had a prior conversation with Rajat, an associate from your team. During that conversation, he assured me over a recorded line that the agent who would be collecting the device would not cause any issues with the pricing when it comes to other parameters except for the camera. It was based on this assurance that I proceeded with handing over my device."
Unfortunately, despite Rajat's assurance, the agent who collected the device played foul by adjusting the pricing in a manner that was not justified given the pristine condition of my device.
As stated earlier, Again reiterating, During this recorded conversation, Rajat explicitly assured me that the agent assigned to collect my device would not engage in any misconduct regarding the pricing. It was based on this explicit assurance that I proceeded with the handover of my device.
This recording serves as conclusive evidence of our mutual understanding and agreement that the pricing issue would be resolved equitably. If necessary, I am prepared to provide the recording to substantiate my claim. The recording is available with me, and should you require, Please let me know.
I await your response and a resolution to this issue.

I have ordered and device from cashify on 20 june. i get it on 26 june from delivery . device have major issues like battery draining fast & screen is not orignal.. as cashify mentioned i will get replacement but after delivery cashify website doesnt show order is delivered. and any help agent not accepted my phone. today 4 days are completed for delivery but website shows order status as IN TRANSIT status.. this is totally unfair

I hope I landed to the most trusted portal for consumer complaints against any fraud. I got two apple coupon from cashify after selling a phone, but it is not getting redeemed.

Cashify is a fraud and making people fools by showing price of selling used phones. Cashify people is Harassing for someone else loan as they are saying that person took loan as a granter on my name.
Cashify people is abusing me and insulting me
Loan taken by Pravin Shankaran who is working with my same company but I never asked him to take me as a Guarantor for any loan.
My Name is Sourav Bhattacharjee and I am getting call from Puja Sharma [protected] who is saying that she is an employee of cashify and for Pravin Shakran loan I have to pay the amount .
Please take a Harassment action on Puja sharma as I have not take any loan from cashify neither I confirm my guarantee for Pravin shakran loan.

I recently bought an iPhone SE second gen from Cashify and there is multiple things wrong with the phone. First the charger Cashify sent with the cable is generations apart. The charging dock uses USB type A port while cashify sent me a type C to lightning cable which is even not working.
Second - The phone is getting over heated while I am using the camera for 10 mins of more.
Third - The battery is draining a little too fast. I watched a 15 mins video and it drained 10% of the battery. Which is not normal for 87% of the battery health Remaining.

I was supposed to get a visit from Cashify regarding the purchase of my used handset as per Samsung exchange policy on purchase of a new mobile. They have not visited or called me since 1st October. First of all improve the behavior your customer care service agents as they people are not attending the calls of customer as I sold my Iphone X yesterday, having the reference number;MPMBF8239401 and the puckup agent told me that the payment will be credited directly to my account via UPI within the upcoming 24 hours, i.e.: by today 02:00PM IST but unfortunately no payment has been given to me (of 13, 000 total) on the name of Mr. Suprabhat Vatsa and the agent name is Mr. SATYENDRA, and he picked my device after the full verification from my residential address: Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh-201003 amd now when I am calling to the customer care agent, they are not receiving my calls and the pickup agent is telling that the amount will be credited very soon butI don't know what type of harassment is given by Cashify to me as a customer.I was having a very decent reviews for Cashify till yesterday but now no faith on Cashify amd never suggest anyone for purchase/sell via Cashify. For this issue, I have all the evidences attached in my file like call recordings as well as pickup Videos from Agents and call screenshots (unsuccessfull as not received by customer care after trying a lot), mail given to the Cashify just few minutes ago and received the ticket number, etc. I requested for the payment from the customer care via email and from the pickup agent via call but if the payment will not done by the stipulated time, then I have to go for legal as well as media action because these are the major mental egony and harassment to the valuable customers which Cashify given Therefore, kindly do the needful as soon as possible for better and safer option and follow your sentences told to the customer at the time of purchasing the phone from customer.

Bought an iphone 12 mini 128gb on 7th october 2022, the phone was hanging and battery was draining right from the beginning, i came back home after buying it and just after reaching home I went to them again to give it back and refund me they did not listen to me even i was saying just after 2 hours of buying it, they said phone is ok and also no return policy after billing. Now on 23rd October night just after 16 days of purchasing it the phone is completely dead so i went there in the shop at Ganesh chandra avenue where i bought it from to get a refund they refused to give me the refund and as the phone is completely dead now they are offering me a replacement. But i don’t want any more trouble from them now so i want refund as i have come to from others that they don’t sell good phones they just repair and exchange if to customer to customer
