I was supposed to get a visit from Cashify regarding the purchase of my used handset as per Samsung exchange policy on purchase of a new mobile. They have not visited or called me since 1st October. Now they say that my area is not serviceable and neither is the model of my mobile available in their system for purchase.

this number [protected] mentioned in their website can never be reached.

Cashify needs to solve this issue with immediate effect.

Dear Cashify team,
First of all improve the behavior your customer care service agents as they people are not attending the calls of customer as I sold my Iphone X yesterday, having the reference number;MPMBF8239401 and the puckup agent told me that the payment will be credited directly to my account via UPI within the upcoming 24 hours, i.e.: by today 02:00PM IST but unfortunately no payment has been given to me (of 13, 000 total) on the name of Mr. Suprabhat Vatsa and the agent name is Mr. SATYENDRA, and he picked my device after the full verification from my residential address: Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh-201003 amd now when I am calling to the customer care agent, they are not receiving my calls and the pickup agent is telling that the amount will be credited very soon butI don't know what type of harassment is given by Cashify to me as a customer.I was having a very decent reviews for Cashify till yesterday but now no faith on Cashify amd never suggest anyone for purchase/sell via Cashify. For this issue, I have all the evidences attached in my file like call recordings as well as pickup Videos from Agents and call screenshots (unsuccessfull as not received by customer care after trying a lot), mail given to the Cashify just few minutes ago and received the ticket number, etc. I requested for the payment from the customer care via email and from the pickup agent via call but if the payment will not done by the stipulated time, then I have to go for legal as well as media action because these are the major mental egony and harassment to the valuable customers which Cashify given Therefore, kindly do the needful as soon as possible for better and safer option and follow your sentences told to the customer at the time of purchasing the phone from customer.
