Cashify — Not getting response from cashify even my phone is in warranty

I purchased a refurbished mobile mi A3 from cashify store Ladies Park Meerut on 5th Feb 2022. I got warranty of 6 months from date of purchase.
Unfortunately my mobile got dead within 5 months. So I went to store and the technician checked the mobile phone and said that it has something wrong with its IC so we will have to send this mobile to Gurugram. And it will take 5-6 days for whole process. I was satisfied and handed over the mobile to them. Then after 7 days I called them up and technical said you should contact our manager, he is responsible for the mobile sending. I got his mobile number, firstly I tried calling 2-3 times he was not answering call, then finally he picked and gave fake promises that he will try to fix my phone ASAP.Then after 2-3 days I again called him, asking that is my phone been sent to Gurugram or not.After 20 days of mobile being handed over to them, I reached the store and when meet him personally then he assured me that he is still managing to send the phone.Then I again and again followed up, but no satisfactory solution was not there.Then after more 4-5 days the phone was sent to Gurugram after 7-8 days he said your phone will not be repaired so we will refund the amount.So please send a cancel cheque.Now it has been 14 days since I sent him cancel cheque.But still neither the amount is received nor any solution for my problem.
