I was playing on Casino Days online gaming site for some time. In a game called Monopoly I won Rs 90 Lacs (attached screenshot).
The same day theu blocked my account I tried to speak to their representative, sent them emails they said they are just verifying my account. So I sent my Pan card, Aadhar card and other bank details they said. But They still did not reopen my account.
I spoke to their representative in chat and got to know that my account is being closed and only 1.86 lacs will be refunded to me.
I won Rs 90 lacs and since than you have locked my account. I have given you all proofs of payments been deposited from my own personal account and still these guys are telling me that they have confiscated my winnings for some breach of terms.
Every time I ask for details they say I have multiple accounts but they give no proof. This is a lie.
