I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Casio India and its authorized service center, Sapphire Electronics, Mayur Vihar, New Delhi, regarding the unwarranted delay and negligence in repairing my Casio keyboard (Model Number: KS47A CT-S200RD, Serial Number: 876cAC[protected], which is still under warranty. The persistent delays and lack of resolution have caused significant inconvenience and financial loss to me and my family.

Since the date of submission, I have been consistently following up with the service center team regarding the status of my keyboard repair. Each time, I have been informed that the motherboard needs to be replaced, and a request has been made to the company for the required part. However, the service center has failed to provide any timeline or definitive update on when the repair will be completed.
This unprofessional approach and negligence on the part of Casio and its authorized service center have resulted in serious financial and personal inconvenience. My daughter, who regularly attends keyboard classes, has been unable to continue her lessons due to the absence of the instrument. Despite this, I am still paying for her classes, resulting in an unnecessary financial burden on my family.
Key Concerns:
Unreasonable Delay: The keyboard has been with the service center for 19 days with no concrete resolution or timeline for repair.
Failure to Provide Timely Spare Parts: If a motherboard replacement was needed, why has there been no expedited action from Casio to procure and replace the part?
Lack of Communication & Accountability: The service center has failed to provide clear communication and updates regarding the repair process, making me repeatedly chase them for information.
Financial & Emotional Stress: The failure to repair my keyboard on time has disrupted my daughter’s education and led to financial losses for my family.
Demand for Immediate Resolution:
I expect Casio India and Sapphire Electronics to take immediate action and provide a concrete resolution within the next 48 hours. Specifically:
Provide an exact timeline for the repair and motherboard replacement or offer an alternative solution.
Compensate me for the undue financial loss and inconvenience caused by the delay.
Ensure that customer service and warranty obligations are met professionally in the future.
If no prompt action is taken, I will be left with no option but to escalate this matter to higher consumer authorities, including the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, legal forums, and social media platforms, to expose this negligence and lack of service from Casio India.
I urge you to prioritize this complaint and provide a satisfactory resolution at the earliest. Please acknowledge this complaint and provide a written response detailing the corrective actions being taken.
