I visited the hotel Heritage (Kalka Ji) to book few rooms for a wedding stay (4days) and they also showed me a 4 bhk flat (in Pamposh Enclave) which would be best fit for my need. The manager (Mh. Saad) quoted the 10k per day for the same. To visit the flat, I had to make 15 calls to manager and reception and most of the time those went unanswered.
Finally I managed to get a hold on someone and they showed us the flat. When I showed my interest in booking the flat, first they said that dining room is their office area which won't be part of the flat however nothing was mentioned initially. And after few minutes, he said that the rent would be INR 15000/day. I wasted my 2 days.

As you were aware we do not charge painting charges unless the premises is completely stained.
All the furniture, fixtures were vandalised.
The rent deducted was on pro rata basis.
The refunds were done to you post agreeing to the deductions.
