We took an apartment for lease provided by Catena homes for 15Lakhs Rupees which is valid till 2026 November.
Catena took same property for rent from flat owner and is not paying rent from 4months and also renewal of their rental agreement is not done.
Now Flat owner is asking us to vacate the house or to face legal consequences as this property belongs to him.
Now Catena is neither arranging different house nor Returning...

I visited the hotel Heritage (Kalka Ji) to book few rooms for a wedding stay (4days) and they also showed me a 4 bhk flat (in Pamposh Enclave) which would be best fit for my need. The manager (Mh. Saad) quoted the 10k per day for the same. To visit the flat, I had to make 15 calls to manager and reception and most of the time those went unanswered.

Finally I managed to get a hold on someone and they showed us the flat. When...

1) Catena Homes, an apartment company did not return my rent deposit amount of ₹28, 000.
2) They charged all made up damages costs.
3) They did not return the deposit amount at the time of vacating which is specified by the contract....
