I was a resident at Catena Homes (SLN Nest #44, Bettadasanpura, Electronic City Phase 1) from February 2025 and vacated the room on June 27th, 2025. I had informed Harish (Service Manager) in advance about my plans to vacate.
Harish had mentioned that the room would be inspected before move-out and that the security deposit would be refunded after deducting deep cleaning charges. However, despite attempting to contact him multiple times over 4–5 days before vacating, I was unable to reach him, and we did not receive any follow-up regarding the inspection.
Since we couldn’t get in touch with Harish, we handed over the keys to the building owner, who was present at the time of our departure.
Now no one is picking up our calls, we have full video recording of the house before leaving so that they do not charge us unnecessarily. Was this information helpful? |
