I was a resident at Catena Homes (SLN Nest #44, Bettadasanpura, Electronic City Phase 1) from February 2025 and vacated the room on June 27th, 2025. I had informed Harish (Service Manager) in advance about my plans to vacate.

Catena Homes Private Limited Deposit amount not returned
| Address: Krishna Mystiq, Pragathi Nagar, Bangalore |
We are writing this email with deep disappointment to formally raise a complaint against Catena Homes Pvt Ltd.
We were tenants at Krishna Mystiq, having leased the property through Catena Homes from 2023 to March 2025. At the time of leasing, we were assured that the full lease amount would be refunded promptly upon vacating the premises.
However, after vacating the property and handing over the keys to Catena Homes, we were repeatedly assured that the refund would be processed "in a day or two." Unfortunately, these turned out to be false promises, as there has been no update or response to our follow-up emails and messages.
On 28th March 2025, we received official communication from Catena Homes confirming that the refund would be completed before 10th April 2025. As of today, the matter remains unresolved.
To date, we have received only ₹9 lakhs out of the ₹14.5 lakhs provided as a lease amount. This significant delay and partial refund are deeply concerning and unexpected from a reputed organization like Catena Homes.
We are currently facing serious financial difficulties due to this situation. We strongly urge Catena Homes Pvt Ltd to process the remaining amount immediately to avoid escalation and legal proceedings.
We expect a clear and prompt response to this complaint.
