Catwalk — heels

I have bought a black boots with pencil heels a week ago i wore it just once and now its broken... How can that even happen like in just a weeks time... I want it to be replaced or i want my money back cause its not even having a moderate price its worth 3500 but not worth it would have been better if i would have taken it from streets atleast it wouldnt break in such a short period..

I purchased the heels of Rs2695. I just wore it once . One ankle strap of the heel is lost due to poor designing. My heels are of no use now without the strap. I would be needing the strap of the heels.would you guys help me to get that
