I had purchased catwalk sandals from reliance trends footwear store, EDM MALL SECOND FLOOR on 8th October 2023. It was broked on 1 February due to quality issue which is non repairable. Please do something regard this as soon as possible.

In the year 2022 during I purchased catwalk boots model no. 5451BR in size 9 from Shoppers stop Shipra mall indirapuram Ghaziabad UP.
After being worm only for 7-10 days
This year In 2023 the leather of the boots started peeling off from almost every corner.
Even the tag of the boots haven't been removed.
I really don't expect to have such experience from a company like catwalk.
Kindly redress my complaint or apply any exchange policy if possible.

I purchased Golden Flat Bellies from Reliance Store @ GT Central Mall, Jaipur sometime in June. I could not use it for a couple of months post purchase. As it is made of leather the sales staff suggested to buy the fit size. They said that with time it will get a little loose (true as it happens with most of the leather footwear). But to my astonishment its even getting shrunk after every use. Seems to be some weird problem with the product.

Please suggest what can be done.

I purchased sandal worth Rs 3000 from catwalk indore showroom Reliance trend in Malhar mall
I hardly used that sandal thrice and it broken down badly and the quality of that sandal is worst and another one I purchased form same showroom catwalk it also worth Rs 2400 colour of that slipper fades that I oftetly used 10-15 tyms that was my casual slipper

Now your company is not even repairing that sandal nor they are returning

Plz reply as will attached all pics Of my sandal and will twit as catwalk is bad brand and frauding customer by giving worst quality things

I bought two slippers from the Catwalk showroom in sahara mall, Lucknow, about one month back . But when I wore it for the first time two days back the leather from the slippers started to chip off within an hour of wearing, as it was a local one. It was very costly still had no quality at all, I was very dissatisfied and i didn't expected the slippers to wear off this soon. I didn't even kept the bill as i was so sure of ny purchase, but now i want my money back for the same. Please look into this matter as soon as possible and provide compensation for the same

The heel was used only 3 times since the time of purchase. and now the heel stopper came out. At the time of purchage it was informed to me that it can be repair at any time. service will be always available. Now m calling to the store number all the numbers are not valid. This was not expected from this brand. could you please suggest me how i can get it repair.
