CBSE — Avoid this company at all costs

Address:Jaipur, Rajasthan

Dear Sir/ Madam
My ward Rahul Harsh s/o Rajendra Harsh who has passed his IX class (IX 'C') has been expelled from S.J. Public School Janta Colony, Jaipur Rajasthan (Phone No.[protected]. The student was falsely and innocently drag into the betting on cricket by his senior (of class XI) (the proofs regarding this has been submitted to school i.e. printed conversations between my ward and his senior (as converse on Whats app) luring him to bet on some of the matches. The child was studying in this school since class I. After repetitive requests to the school authorities, the school is firm on issuing him T.C. No other school affiliated to CBSE Board is ready to admit my child in Class X. The child is suffering set back and is in grave depression and same thing has been told to the Principal of the School. According to us being the parent of the child, our child has not mis-behave or mis-conduct in any manner before this incident and according to us this is totally unjustified on the part of the child to expell him from school without issuing any warning. On the part of the child the penalty imposed on him is too grave, despite giving repetitive assurance to the school that this will not happen in future the school is not considering sympathetically to admit him in the school. The penalty imposed may hamper his future studies as this time hardly any school is showing interest in his admission. I will be very oblige and thankful to you if you kindly look into the matter.

Yours faithfully

Rajendra Harsh

Hi Shaurya ji, Thanks for your kind comment on the issue.
As you suggested me to accept that my child has done wrong. I have already accepted that and gave them a written assurance regarding such cases will not arise in future by my child and requested them not to expel him from school but of no use.

Q:-"If 11th class student lure him to kill a teacher and if he kills then whose mistake is that?"
A:- then I would not be here to complaint or seeking help.

(Luring to kill someone and luring for small benefit has different gravity to indulge).

It is not the matter between student and teacher, it has happened between the friends and school is issuing TC to him. At this moment when no school is ready to take him in 10th class it is very depressing and disappointing for all o[censored]s family members.

'whatsapp conversation printout' was given as proof on demand by school.

Just accept that your student has done wrong and request school not to expell him and he will never do it again rather than giving printouts of whatsapp conversation.

The subject head line and the matter are mis-matching . I dont know why?????...I did not choose this category of subject. The issue is related to the school category.
