Hi
I, R.Ayyappanathan, i applied TC for my son (A.Adityanathan) on 10th march 2014 who is studying in I std A sec in The Pupil (Saveetha Eco School) located in Chennai. But they are saying to pay the first term fee (25000 INR) for next academic year and get the TC or continue studying in same school, till that the TC will not provided and claim this their school policy
How i could leave my family here? Is there is any rule to pay the next academic year fees before? Is it necessary to pay the first term fees for getting the TC?
I have more expenses while moving out of city, in this condition provide me it is must to pay twice the fee for my son

My name is Anusha, I am very disappointed and I would like to bring to your notice and share my experience. My son Tanish Jordan Jacob has been a student of LKG A-1 afternoon batch Pon Vidyasharam, Valasarawalkam, Chennai from[protected]. Due to relocation to another city, I had approached the school admin Office on the 10th April 2014 to apply for my son's TC on the and the management told me that I need to pay the 1st term fees of Rs.22800/-, only then they will give the TC or else we should have applied before 28th Feb. But back in Feb my husband was not aware of any sudden transfer Whereas Pon Vidyasharam has admissions open throughout the year from classes L.K.G to 12th std, which is evident on Vadapalani times paper that comes every Sunday and the banners starting from Vadapalani to Porur.
And moreover for the academic year of 2013 to 2014 I paid Rs. 60000/- as fees, but I did not receive any receipt of payment, when all the parents realised later that the amount is inclusive of admission fees or donation. I must admit that my son has all rights to get the TC for the academic year he attended and fees was paid for. Pon Vidyasharam school management are outright thieves. I request that the C.B.S.E board to look into schools that do not follow any educational regulations and all that matters is money. I would suggest parents not to admit their children in this school.
