CC Avenue — amount deducted from bank not refunded yet | |||||
On 5 th nov 2018 i made transaction from panshikar website of rs 5700 amount got deducted from account but not received to vendor. I paid again on 11th from same gateway which was successful. I called vendor as well he said that he can not do anything. He asked me to complaint on cc avenue website. I went to bank as well trying recover money. Please do the needful asap It been more than 2 weeks have not received refund yet. Amount is 5700 This is really disappointing since i have used this gateway many times this is first time i had an issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||
