[Resolved]  CC Avenue — Amount detected from phone pay account but order is not confirmed from max

I have ordered few clothes from max store of cost 1398..after doing phone pay transaction amount has been detected from my account but order is not confirmed..can I get the transaction money back and if so how many days does it take
