CC Avenue — bharat gas booking shown failure

I have Booked online lpg cylinder via dena bank rupay card.i made payment and it debited from bank but from bpcl amount ahown failure teansaction.My bpcl conusmer number is 1013432 I done payment 2nd july 1019 at 7 30 am. After i recd message that ur paument not successful done due transaction failire so ur payment concert in cod after 10 minutes i got message from dena bank that amt debited that is 609.00
kindly refund my money
