CC Avenue — dishtv recharge failure

I have done a recharge of 1470 rs from dish website and which takes me to cc avenue portal and then to my netbanking portal. The transaction was not completed and i have not recieved any confirmation from cc ave, but the amount has been deducted from my savings a/c.

I do have the ref number in the bank statement. But once the payment was done the page refreshed automatically and prompt session time out.

Please help me solving this one. If you need any personal information like vc number/a/c number/ mobile number please let me know.
