CC Avenue — failed upi transaction

I've tried making a upi payment (Reference no.[protected] to thakur publishers of rs. 690 via ccavenue and it has failed but the money was transferred to ccavenue.

I need an acknowledgment in some form from your side that this has indeed happened to revert my icici upi transaction.

This is after dropping emails to [protected]@ccavenue.com, [protected]@ccavenue.com, [protected]@ccavenue.com and getting no response whatsoever.
