CC Avenue — money got deducted from bank account for an order placed at merchant

I made a transaction of amount rs 2, 265.60 on https://india.resellerclub.com/ using your payment gateway through upi linked with my bank account on 21st april at 11:29 a. M but the money got deducted from my bank account and after seconds the payment page comes with a message that "payment gateway timed out" whereas money got deducted from my bank account then why timed out message was shown to me instead of successful payment.
