CC Avenue — Payment made to CSC E GOVERNANCE as failed but amount was deducted from credit card account

Dear CCAvenue Team,

I had made a payment of Rs.1479.72 to CSC E Governence using my RBL bank credit card ending with xxxx 6147.

The payment was processed through CVAvenue portal and transaction was shown as 'Failed'. The receiver did not receive the amount but my credit card account was debited with Rs.1479.72

Payment date : 29/1/2021
Time : 06.59.34 pm
Amount : 1479.72
Merchant : CSC E GOVERNENCE

'CSC E GOVERNENCE' has stated that they've not received the amount in their account.

I have attached the payment debit notification E-mail from RBL credit card provider which gives payment date and time forwarded with this email.

Please verify the details and confirm when this amount of Rs.1479.72 will be refunded to my RBL Bank credit card account.
