I made a purchase with a website makemyhobby.com, where it found to be a cheater, not processed the order till date, i raised the claim with ccavenue for my order id 118367, which the customer care replied to my email that they sent a email to the seller to cooperate and fulfill the service, i raised the complaint that this seller doesnt respond emails or any contact that provided in the website, its the same details they also got with them, then i call the customer care of ccavenue, the so refered customer care executive who handling my case mr. Arbaaz khan, replied me this is what maximum he can do, rest i had to raise claim by filing charge back request from the bank of the card i used and forward the details to their risk department, i did so but the risk department reported my bank that transaction made successful only, then i called risk department number which mr. Arbaaz khan gave, then the risk department game starts, one by one keeps picking call hears the complaint and transfer to other person, i had to repeat again, then they replied its meeting time, call later, today i again i called, same story, then the risk department says this need to be dealt by customer care, then he told he will put on hold to connect, then someone pickedup and disconnected.
I feel this gateway connects with fakesellers to earn profits, just maintaining fake website certification that their gate way payment is secure.
