After having terrible experience with cc builders logging this complaint with very heavy heart with an intention to protect potential future customers, if any not become prey to cc builders

I am shankar who bought the house in 2015 and it was a wow experience initially (Until i become their customer) given by mr ramesh and later i came to know their true picture from how they treat their customer when i raised the quality issues and no proper response thereafter
Contact no [protected]/402 was shared at the time of buying the house but when tried to contact them now and found it is not with them. I personally feel that reputed builders don't often change their contact details be it number or their registered address. That shows how good and genuine they are towards their business and for their customers
Even the email id [protected]@ccbuilders.in is now blocked or not in use as i got an undelivery message to the email that i sent on 28-oct-18
Even i tried calling you several times on your new contact no +[protected] provided by your staffs but the number keeps ringing or gets disconnected. For once i received a default message sorry, i can't talk right now
Your staff chandran the only witness for all the bad experience that i have had with cc builders. End no of calls & visits i have personally made but poor response.
After several follow ups and reminders/chasers, i some how managed to get my other quality issues fixed except my property tax bills (Still pending from cc builders
End) also i need to mention that the issues got resolved just because i have had some dues. As promised to chandran, i have paid the dues in full as soon as the issues was resolved
Today (10-nov-18) i visited your office and met your brother suresh to ask for property tax bill. Omg what an example for how to treat your customers badly? No courtesy, very rude,
Can you explain your brother suresh about our discussions and agreements that we've had before establishing our relationship and he feels that as if i am the defaulter. Because of your false promise (That you'll arrange the bank loan apart from my down payment of 5 lacs) i've had some dues of 2.2 lacs else i wouldn't have any dues at all (You've confirmed in an written email on 22-apr-2015 that """please go ahead on house warming function. Regarding loan extension we will talk with manager and take care"""). More importantly how to treat customers fairly?

Should arrange bank loan. You promised that you'll do the needful but you managed to get me only 22.8 lacs. Even after that i chased you to arrange loan for the remaining amount but i didn't get a proper response from you thereafter (May be you would have felt that anyways i am already your customer so no further benefits from my end) as you're aware how much i have struggled to settle your 2.2 lacs
Ramesh - if you're really focused on serving customers fairly. Just look into my issue and help me to settle my property tax bill.
