After having terrible experience with cc builders logging this complaint with very heavy heart with an intention to protect potential future customers, if any not become prey to cc builders

I am shankar who bought the house in 2015 and it was a wow experience initially (Until i become their customer) given by mr ramesh and later i came to know their true picture from how they treat their customer when i raised the quality issues and no proper response thereafter

Contact no [protected]/402 was shared at the time of buying the house but when tried to contact them now and found it is not with them. I personally feel that reputed builders don't often change their contact details be it number or their registered address. That shows how good and genuine they are towards their business and for their customers

Even the email id [protected]@ccbuilders.in is now blocked or not in use as i got an undelivery message to the email that i sent on 28-oct-18

Even i tried calling you several times on your new contact no +[protected] provided by your staffs but the number keeps ringing or gets disconnected. For once i received a default message sorry, i can't talk right now

Your staff chandran the only witness for all the bad experience that i have had with cc builders. End no of calls & visits i have personally made but poor response.

After several follow ups and reminders/chasers, i some how managed to get my other quality issues fixed except my property tax bills (Still pending from cc builders

End) also i need to mention that the issues got resolved just because i have had some dues. As promised to chandran, i have paid the dues in full as soon as the issues was resolved

Today (10-nov-18) i visited your office and met your brother suresh to ask for property tax bill. Omg what an example for how to treat your customers badly? No courtesy, very rude,

Can you explain your brother suresh about our discussions and agreements that we've had before establishing our relationship and he feels that as if i am the defaulter. Because of your false promise (That you'll arrange the bank loan apart from my down payment of 5 lacs) i've had some dues of 2.2 lacs else i wouldn't have any dues at all (You've confirmed in an written email on 22-apr-2015 that """please go ahead on house warming function. Regarding loan extension we will talk with manager and take care"""). More importantly how to treat customers fairly?

Should arrange bank loan. You promised that you'll do the needful but you managed to get me only 22.8 lacs. Even after that i chased you to arrange loan for the remaining amount but i didn't get a proper response from you thereafter (May be you would have felt that anyways i am already your customer so no further benefits from my end) as you're aware how much i have struggled to settle your 2.2 lacs

Ramesh - if you're really focused on serving customers fairly. Just look into my issue and help me to settle my property tax bill.

We purchased a flat on 2017 april.. Last one year, we used steps without any handle and flooring tiles... We walked only in sand steps.. Its very danger to our children.. We paid amount for parking area.. But we cant used it.. Lots of materials and mosquitoes are there.. They didnt provide basic necessary things.. We are the one who stayed in apartment.. For water, we need to carry that hose from motor to third floor temporary tank.. More than half an hour we need to stand in terrace without any protective wall..

They didnt take call and response to us..

Now we get very depressed for purchasing flat from cc builders...

Worst quality work. They attract customers to buy their flats using a lady marketing person, who use sugar coated words and make negotiations. They use their own bank personnel to arrange for home loan without any hindrances. We have to just sign thats it.

Once 90% payment is done to them, we have to go behind them for completion of our work. They do not have any stipulated time to complete work. We have to wait until they give even if it is 2 or 3 years together. They use bihari workers for less labour and thats why the construction and materials are of poor quality. They do not employ tamil people as they cost more labour charges.

Cc builders are nothing but money engulfers without any actual work. Once their money is paid, they do not attend your calls, they evade, neglect etc. If you go to their office, the proprietors are always busy and they are never available in the office, and there is an agent outside the office always to watch who are coming and going, and intimate the proprietors. The agent stops people outside and give evasive replies and send us out.

No one will pick their phones. Every month there will be change of employees. They openly declare that they do not have money to do the incomplete works. They do not even send persons to do the incomplete even if we agree to give the money to the labourers.

Worst ever constructors. They selected in and around pallavaram as they are highly politically influenced in the area. Erratic work

Please do not waste your time and hard earned money with this builder "cc builders pvt ltd, pallavaram"

My friend and me suffered more than 2 years with this builder. We will share our bitter experience with images in upcoming post/social media.

I am from Raghul Arcade Kundrathur. Lot of pending works are not yet finished in spite of several reminders. Car parking area tiles were broken while bore works not yet set righted, electric wires are hanging here and there, no gate lights fixed, no name board fixed, no proper drainage, no rain water harvest system, over head tank not closed properly. Immediate attention requested.

I entered in to an agreement with them 3 years back .

As you aware that I did my house warming ceremony in the month of August 15, 2015, and had given assurance of handing over the ground floor by end of August 2015. I also clearly intimated to you that my intention of renting it out my ground floor from September 2015 on wards.

As you aware that many parties visited the ground floor for rental, but not willing to occupy since it was not completed.

Please recall all my mails, in those mails I have told you by end of March 2016 my son will complete his college education and he will be occupying S2 flat till he completes his higher education.

Despite repeated follow up, emails and phone calls with you and with the contractor on project schedule and completion status you neither replying to emails, nor providing us possession or reason for delays or a concrete date for possession.

Having no other option, I got the ground floor key from Mr.Suresh, asked my son to occupy the flat hoping that everything in the ground floor flat would be in order. But you made me to disappointed. The following issues were not yet solved even after I brought to your notice.
1. No water facility.

2. Front door - upper and lower locks misplaced

3. No water flow / very less water flow in bath room pipes

4. No towel rod, soup tray, in toilets and wash- basin mirror with light point as per MOU

In addition to this as per the earlier commitment the following works are also still pending
1. out door wall painting,
2. Painting -Gate and stair case
3. Car parking Area
4. Motor room and Motor for second bore well
6. Wiring and electrical fittings in the common areas.

Since you have not willing to respond to my mails and not willing to tell the concrete date for possession of my S2 flat and completion of over all work and handing over the property, hereby, I expect and request you hand over the property by end of this month. In case of any delay beyond the grace period; you may need to pay me a monthly compensation at Rs 100 per sq.ft for Flat S2. Even i will demand the compensation through consumer forum.

Please note that since you are not willing to respond to my mails, the basic issue of the front door in the ground floor flat is not yet resolved for more than a week, and not able to sort out the water problem in spite of my repeated cry, the full and final settlement will be done once the entire building is handed over to my satisfaction as per our agreed MOA.

Please note that you only have made me to take this decision by showing your long silence towards my mails and not willing to give delivery commitment and above all poor and unsatisfactory response towards customer needs like me.

Poor quality service. I was escalated several times to md directly, no response received. Door issue

Very very bad service / very poor construction quality. Nobody is responsive including mr ramesh director. I dont have words to tell about their worthiness.

Every work is mess. Most of the materials are worst quality.

Please be careful in relationship with CC Builders Pallavaram. They will put you on ice while getting money from you.
After that They will never care about your problems, Completion/Quality/Queries etc.. NOTHING......

but VERY VERY GOOD IN GETTING MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS.
