Ccavenue — ccavenue payment deducted from bank but not sent to service provider | |||
I made a payment for gift pack at archiesonline.com using netbanking with ccavenue. The patyment was for rs.749, 29th december 2017 at 9:11am. The amount is deducted from my bank account. However, the archiesonline keeps my order status as payment pending. Below is the mail send by archiesonline.com clarifying about not receiving the amount of rs.749 from ccavenue, and hence i had to make another order via another payment option. My transaction reference number is ccavenue[protected] and below is archiesonline.com mail thread. I want ccavenue to refund my money rs.749. It should be credited back to my bank account as the amount has not reached the vendor. Was this information helpful? | |||
