Ccavenue.com — money deducted, but not credited to seller (shopoyes.com)

yesterday, i was buying a bedsheet from shopoyes.com for that i made three transactions for that i got my order no. and confirmation message (order no.-1065, 1066, 1067) but when i checked my transactions on seller's site (shopoyes.com)it showed that you have not made any transactions, there is no order placed by you.while i have the email of my orders .i.e; either ccavenue or shopoyes .com committing fraud.

Updated by niraj kant total transactions was for Rs. 747/- thereafter i tried to talk to shopoyes consumer care phone no.[protected]many times but never call was answered.
