Ccavenue Payment Gateway — Amount deducted but not received by the merchant & also not returned back in my account

Booked an Item in kolhapurichappalhouse.com on 13.07.2015. Amount deducted with a message: " YOUR ORDER#844 ON http://www.kolhapurichappalhouse.com for INR 540.00 was successful. CCA Ref No.:[protected]. The money was deducted from my account & not received by the merchant. also till date the money did't returned in my account.

Updated by shubham mazum Lost Amount is INR 540/-. Still not received the refund amount back in my account, as it is not received by the merchant against the order.

Please help in refunding my amount.

Money deducted from bank but having no order or payment of anykind
