Ccs — incorrect cancel fee charged 3/12/2019 mobile [protected]

Sir/madam
I had very bad experience yesterday.
1. I booked fm ashoka terrace warren road to ragavan colony ashok nagar and i was waiting in the building gate.
The driver went ahead of my building and could not come to my house. He cancelled the trip and told me when i called. But i told i did not get any cancel note or sms. He came back picked me and dropped at ashok nagar snd inpsid ₹130 though it showed ₹117.
I got a cancellation charge ₹50 and pending in my account thiough i did not cancel.
2. While returning back fm ashok nagar my address there is 9/6 1 st main riad, rrcolony, 12 avenue ashok nagar. This is my regular trip as that is also my house. But ola address shows ragavan colony and driver of car 3115 stopped near kumaran nagar police ration telling he is standing at ragsvan coloby when i called him. I told he had to come to ragavan colony blue steel tank park and my house 9/6 is there. He refused to come and he had no time to enquire and asked me to cancel. So i cancelled and came back to warren road by normal auto rickshaw
Both up and down were waste
