CD Equisearch — not receiving email regarding updates about trading and password.

I am not able to receive any email updates about my account at cd equity (Client id :- ea1r4006) for the past 2 months. I am not able to access my account since the forgot password link is not receivable through my email. I have already brought this to the notice of cd equity (V-care) from which i have not received any workable solution or response. I would like cd equity to look into this matter as soon as possible to make my account accessible to online trading again.
