I have been trying to reactivate my trading account at Cdequi from last 3 weeks calling your Mumbai office everyday on the number ending with 4035 but they are not activating my account always giving me the same reply that it will be activated by tomorrow. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

    Close of my trade account

    I wish to inform you that, I had doing the trading activity for five years ago and I am not doing any trade activity now.

    Currently, I am not in a position to continue for doing this activity in future, So therefore I request you kindly close my trading account with you and let me know if any other pending payment clear all holding of my shares with companies and guide me to close my share accounts.

    I am not able to receive any email updates about my account at cd equity (Client id :- ea1r4006) for the past 2 months. I am not able to access my account since the forgot password link is not receivable through my email. I have already brought this to the notice of cd equity (V-care) from which i have not received any workable solution or response. I would like cd equity to look into this matter as soon as possible to make my account accessible to online trading again.

          This is to inform you that I have been trapped by one of your executive.I took -brokership from company by depositing a security of Rs.200000 Mr.shailesh jadhav ( Company's Executive) came to me as your representative.He told me that the deposit is refundable. I started the franchise but the service was not consulting. So I wanted to end the agreement between the two. I asked my security back but now they say that the deposit is not refundable and that security has been deposited as advanced brokerage.

            I worked with them. What to expect from them? They will avoid your calls. So called service desk is a joke. They have no market insights or ineffective system, with my case 9/10 times the forecast were wrong They simply don't care about losing money coz it's your money. I don't know about other branches but telling lies is chennai branch company policy. Supervisor, manager and even Vp - All are liars in my case. Above all please look for trading skills whomsoever in touch with you. If you have invested in them, my advice is work hard to withdraw your money (it's not easy)...Obviously I don't recommend this unethical, moraless, skillles junk company...

            I have submitted the PF withdrawal form along with all supporting documents to CD equisearch on 20/04/2017 but still now I have not received the amount please do the needful on urgent basis as I am in need of money I have to pay my children fees.

            I am Ayyappan (trading account ID no. ET1R1486), one of the CD equisearch, Chennai, executive called me and explained regarding online trading business. I opened Demat account also given Cheque for Rs. 15000 to start online trading business but now they are saying that there is no amount available with your account.

              I am Velayudhan (trading account ID no. ET1R1584), one of the CD equisearch, Chennai, executive called me and explained regarding online trading business. One Mr. Karthik come to my house to open Demat account. I opened Demat account on Feb, 2014 and also given Cheque for Rs. 20000 to start online trading business but he cheated me and he made the same amount as pre-paid (advance) brokerage which I cannot do trading business. I went to Chennai office and meet the Manager Mr. Sathyanarayanan but he told me that nothing can do, you have to pay more amount, if you want to start trading business. I am not in a position to pay more amounts to start trading business. Now Aug, 2014 I sent a complaint to CD Equisearch Centralized Complaints Service Desk & requested to re-fund the same amount because I don’t want to do any trading business but they told me that this amount is not re-fundable and validity gets exhausted within one year then the value of the said plan will be expired on march 2015. The validity of the prepaid brokerage amount is only one year. I lost Rs. 20000 by cheating CD Equisearch trading company. I NEED RE-FUND. Please inform me the possibility.

                i had paid advance brokerage to cdequi of Rs 20000, with the condition that whatever brokerage is generated will be reverted back. Even after generating a brokerage of Rs 20k, they are reluctant to pay back the generated Rs 20k brokerage. Since this scheme is not recognized by NSE, even NSE wont help you in this case. I have been told by NSE to file court case against CDEQUI to get back the amount. So, my suggestion is not to go for advance brokerage with cdequi, as they might trap you, as they did to me.

                  My name is Prashant Dhawan live in Indirapuram Ghaziabad which comes under NCR, some day before CD equisearch sales people have contacted me take a subbrokership and

                  offered me the very low rates and they asked me to give Rs 30, 000 as a deposite I have told them clearely that I will work offline they assured me that they have the

                  complete offline setup I was doubting at that time for services they told me if you dont find the services up to the mark you can withdraw whole the money any tim.

                  Then have started doing trading after doing trades they communicated that they will deduct the brokerage form that Rs 30000 deposite.

                  I said ok, but now they have stopped giving services from delhi and asking me to deal from Mumbai which is not covenient for me and as per our deal I am asking to

                  cancel my AP but company officials are denieing to do that and they are not giving my money back as per my knowledge and SEBI guideline company can not for feit my

                  money.

                  I am very depressed due to this fraudent doing by CD Equisearch they people are cheating with clients as well as their Business associates,

                  kindly look into this and as through this Email I want to inform the SEBI about the unhealthy practices done by CD Equisearch.

                    This is to inform you that I have been trapped by one of your executive.I took sub-brokership from you company by depositing a security of Rs.30000 about 4 months ago.
                    Mr. Sunil Jha ( Company's Executive) came to me as your representative.He told me that the deposit is refundable.
                    I started the franchise but the service was not consulting. So I wanted to end the agreement between the two.
                    I asked my security back but now they say that the deposit is not refundable and that security has been deposited as advanced brokerage.
                    When we asked for help from company's officials they even didn't responded to us.
                    We asked them that if they are not going to help we have to approach higher authorities.
                    They said that no one can do anything of them as if they are bullies.
                    We even approached Mr. Kamal Nasir , Mr. Rohit Khandelwal , Mr.Tirupati Rao (All from Delhi Branch).But they are not able to do anything.They are just deaf and dumb. They are just working as cheating executives of company.
                    They don't have any solutions.
                    Is it good for a reputed company like CD Equisearch that their high officials are doing such things?
                    This type of response is downgrading the reputation of our company.
                    It seems that condition of company is so bad that they are not able to earn from brokerage and doing such frauds to pay heavy salaries to their cheater executives who can trap the people.

                    I am writing this mail in hope that you the Director Of Company will listen to my grievance and try to solve this matter out.
                    Because you are the highest authority whom I can contact and your actions can effect your company.

                    I hope that my deposit will be refunded soon as I think that Rs.30000 is not more important than company's reputation.

                      I agree, CD EQUI is absolutely FRAUD company. They cheated me by taking very high brokerage instead of what they committed before opening the account. I am fighting with them regarding this.They are telling COCK and BULL stories again and again.

                      The company charging 200 for 1 crore as a stamp duty but as per West Bengal Government Stamp Duty is 50 only remaining where it is going, this is biggest fraud and misguiding investor and Government.

                      I have closed my account 4 years back, But still they are sending me mails and they are using my details (PAN no, mail ID and phone).

                      Please suggest me how to handle this fraud company.
