Great going guys. See I was with Cegonsoft an year ago. I studied RIA with them. As soon as I finished my course, I applied for few companies and I got placed with Wipro eventually. Besides, not to blame Cegonsoft, because they also helped me look for a job. Since I got it with Wipro first, I didn care to look for one through them. But the training was good enough and without which I would not have cleared the technical round. Nonetheless one of my friends who was relying on them got placed in IBM, but I was lucky enough to get placed with WIpro, after all IBM is not a good paymaster hehehe.

See, the objective of a training institute is to coach us well. We should not look for anything more, besides these guys are not really bad. They kept me intimated whenever good companies knocked the door.

fellas, don't ever join any course in CEGONSOFT institute.This is a total fraud company. They don't have the faculty for the courses and even if they have, you'll be knowing more than them.
I had a bitter experience with this company, they didn't provide the faculty for more than 2 months and after that when we asked for refund of our money they totally refused and were asking more time. Even now after 4 months they say that they are still trying to get the faculty, but all of them are lies.

I joined cegonsoft for software testing course and project, the faculty name -Jyothi in Domlur brach.
She took classes very fastly as well as not in proper way and if we complaint against her, she started to show some bad behaviour towards us. This is not a school, we paid more than 15, 000, so they should help us, if we ask doubts the faculty not ready to help us. We faced alots of bad things from cegosoft. Per batch more than 10 students, very difficult to understand practical sections, not visible computer to all.And they charged money for project too and gave a dummy project, that ok but nothing contained in that project and they also specified that dont use this project in your CV. So what is the use of that project??? we loose money.

About the placement assistance what to say...depends on your luck and their attitude towards you. Never get chance in good company, but if you have luck, will get a starting. But I cant guarantee

I request you to that dont joined cegonsoft, especially for software testing under Jyothilakshmi.
But one thing I can say that if you get some training, you can easily study software testing and If you work hard, you will get job in that field, especially who did BE in Computer Science.

U r right, Cegonsoft is one of the worst company in India for customers and employees as well. most of the faculties are worthless, no communication skill, project knowledge, even they do not have their own subject knowledge, just reading the book in class as it is. waste of money, also in the name of placement they are getting wrath of people, cheating innocent students & freshers in the name placement.

They used to say that they are tying up with more than 500 companies.. PLS DONT BELIEVE THIS, they tying up with verrrrrry small companies that too very few.. I think CEO of cegonsoft is worlds biggest fraud and beggar, Instead of earning money he is earning curse of people ( candidates & employees). He wont pay his employees properly that too he did not pay for so many employees.

He think that he is the best, the fact is HE IS WORST, STINGY, MISER... he never respect the employees. he doesnt have manners at all. All that he knows is to cheat people. PLS FRIENDS DONT EVER GO TO THAT INSTITUTE AND SPOIL YOUR FUTURE.

Hai to all, i have joined here for project work and they have given ad in newspaper free project..i thought to go and check they said we need to take Course which is 20k minimum..they only cheat keeping nice gals..and by doing false promises that they have placement assistance which are tie-up with for cheating only...

trainers are bad. the technical head is rude and she is not helpful to the students. the office just wants money from you and they will make up dumb rules to take extra money. the people working there are unfriendly and all this comes out only after you pay your cash.

They are forcing me to pay remaining 17, 000 rupees to pay immediately after 3 days... and also they shown terrific rules and regulations to collect extra amount... even i never that kind of dirty rules in my college & office also ... I know they will get the projects from jpinfotech, chennaisunday from
tamilnadu.the cost of the project is 2.5k but they will sell the project
in karnataka for 16k outsider 22k. where the ieee projects will not be
completely implemented.Dear guys dont spend your hardened money to this

asking fullpayment at the initial time should definitely be changed.. its not advisable to any institute.. it shows their weakness ..

Faculties are inefficient No Real time Experience ( Faculties are unable to satisfy the students question)
If you want to learn any courses go to some other institute, they may charge less than cegonsoft with good Training .

Pukka Frauds. They don't have efficient staff. Especiall staffs in Anna Nagar (Chennai) branch are too poor in technical and worst in attitude. With one or two good staffs, the centre is cheating the students.

Its one of the worst training institutes. They don't have the good trainers at all.. they recruit some fresher UG graduates and tell them to teach a PG graduate. Please don't waste money and don't believe their words at all. Cegonsoft should think about it and address this issues by recruiting some good professionals else they cant sustain in this business

Tell in whcih branch you studied and which faculty was not taking class and prove we dont have any clients and prove we have not placed any candidate and prove saturday class was not useful. Give me your registration number, joining date and if you prove, money will be return to you. Please understand that it is Palcement Assistance course. Only guidance and Interview ill be given. My brother joined for a course at CEGONSOFT on APR 12 2010 for 2 months. Before collecting the fees they were very COURTEOUS, constantly calling, enquiring, when to begin how to pay etc.,

Once the fees was PAID the DRAMA literally started unfolding...UTTER CHAOS, TOTAL MISMANAGEMENT


**Till today after “ONE and A HALF MONTHS” time he does not have a LECTURER
**The ONE LECTURER he had he quit the SECOND DAY.
**They make false promises that they will finish the 2 months course in 2 WEEKS.
**They even ACCUSED that my brother IS NOT ATTENDING the so called "CLASS" which does not exist since there is NO lecturer PRESENT.
**Every time I call they give the most OUTRAGEOUS explanation and EXCUSES that the MANAGER is in a FICTICIOUS "LUNCH MEETING" whether you call them in the morning, afternoon or evening.
**They have warned me that they won;t PICK up my PHONE CALLS anymore

I agree with [protected]@gmail.com. I am currently undergoing training in CEGONSOFT for software testing. Whatever CHANDIRA has mentioned is true. I am very disappointed. I have wasted 15k of my dad's hard earned money. After finding out that this is a fake company, my classmates and I went and spoke to the management. They gave us very irresponsible answers. They even had the audacity to say that all the poeple giving comments here are jobless people! There are 2 or 3 more weeks to finish my training period. After that I will give a detailed description of why nobody should join cgonsoft. If they really are a good company then I will take back my words and again post a comment here for the same.

My name is Swati. All the comments on the website telling you that Cegonsoft is a fake company are TRUE. It is indeed a fake company having so many branches. I am currently ungoing training In Cegonsoft for software testing. They called 10 times everyday to come and pay the fees(15, 000). They tortured me to pay the fees as soon as possible. After paying, they have been so careless. All the comments you can find on the internet are true. So i dont have to repeat. If you want to meet me and clarify, you can come to the cegonsoft ADYAR branch at 5 in the evening. My classes are at 5 monday to friday. After my course gets completed in 2 or 3 more weeks, I will post here again with PROOF that cegonsoft is fake. Previously, I had posted the above comment thinking that Cegonsoft if fake. But now I am back telling you that Cegonsoft is indeed a very good and professional institute.
I had started my course in the Adyar Branch of Chennai. Until I paid the full amount, The Management members were very sweet and smiling. But after paying, their behaviour changed. That was where I was confronted with a lot of problems and misunderstandings. Whenever I approached the Management members to discuss about an issue, they insulted me, threatened to cancel my classes and hurt my feelings with careless and harsh words. In order to solve the misunderstandings, I even tried to talk to them to extend a hand of friendship. But the Manager of Adyar branch and her team members were not ready to settle matters. They were very interested in insulting me. After receiving such rude behaviour, constant insults and irresponsible answers I thought that the comments written here by others are true. And so I posted my experience too.
Having undergone such a treatment, I decided to discontinue my remaining classes.
But unexpectedly and fortunately, I was invited by the Head of the Regional Office in Mount Road branch, Mr. Kalyan, to speak with him and solve these issues. Mr. Kalyan is a very decent and professional gentleman. He cares about the future and succes of the candidates not only in his own branch, but also the candidates in Adyar branch. He patiently listened to our grief and also PROVED to me that Cegonsoft is indeed a Genuine institute. I saw with my own eyes that Cegonsoft has placed a candidate in top IT company TCS. Mr. Kalyan had also told me not to discontinue my course. He wanted me to finsih my course fully at his branch itself and ensure that I leave the institution with satisfaction. All my issues were resolved in a very polite and professional manner. There was not a bit o[censored]npleasant behaviour among the Management of Mount Road Branch, unlike the Adyar Branch.
If the Management of Adyar branch had responded in the same way, I never would have been upset and written the previous comment.
I have learned from this experience that one must never judge an institution by reading the comments on the internet. Also, if the Management of your branch is treating you badly, you must speak with the people in the Head Office to solve issues instead of coming here.
Cegonsoft is not fake. If you prepare well they can very well place you in an IT company. So if anyone has read my previous comment, kindly ignore it.

I express my deep regret to Cegonsoft over my previous comment. And I also request Cegonsoft to ensure that the management handles issues in such a way that the students are not hurt.
Now I am nearing the end of my course. Faculty is very good and classes are going well. I am happy and relieved.

They give all types of fake promises and cheet the students. All they want is money. Its a money sucking institution.At the time of counseling they give all words like sure placements and excellent trainers. But the trainers they themselves dont know the subject. If we ask some doubts they will skip that questions and quickly go to another topic.They collected full money and I have waited for two months to start my class. For money they will call thousand times. After getting money we have to call and beg them for classes. Never join this institution. out of this honest complaint even if one student is benfit I will be happy.

I am Post Graduate (M.Sc [IT]), passed out in the year 2002. Only after 6 years I got some Non-IT experience of 2 years. Since I am from IT background I just want to move into IT. At this point of time, I came across the advertisements in the newspapers and thought of joining a course in Cegonsoft bangalore . I enquired about the course (PHP-MySQL) and joined cegonsoft.
I was lucky to be put into a batch where my trainer was very good in teaching and in knowledge.
When I completed my course I too was worried much about my placement (Since I don't have any IT experience and my career gap is more than 6yrs). I attended one written test (for which I was not prepared) and the result is not a positive one.
Then I prepared well, attended Mahiti Infotech Technical written test, cleared it and was called for the second round with the HR. Even though I had no IT experience for the past 8 years, I was able to clear the HR round (saying that I am technically strong). Cleared the next round also and was placed in Mahiti Infotech, Bangalore as a Junior Programmer.
I would like to thank my trainer, my counsellor and my Placement Co-Ordinator for arranging the interviews and for all the guidance.
I would like to thank all the CEGONSOFT Staff for their help.

Note : They also arranged the two Small Company Interviews which Company Asking Bonds but i failed & i feel very much...after that myself putting efforts & got job in MNC. Now i will be very happy not getting jobs in that Bond Company.

Whatever you had mentioned for cegonsoft is actually true.The CEO of the company is one kind of Psycho, he need to admit in Asylum.He even torture the employees, doesn't pay them the proper salary, torture them to complete all the activities assign to a particular employee & at the end of the day, if you fails to achieve any activities you need to give the reason. If you achieve 100% activities then also he will questioned you that if you have done 100% activities which are actually useless or wasting of time, why no sales is generated. He will send some horrible [censored]s old aged persons who he had recruited just to give him as much complaints as they could for the employees so that he could have the valid reason to deduct the salary, but if you questioned him why the deduction is there, you will not get any answer nor your salary slip for that month.He behave in human with the seniors head recruited by him, using slang languages and abusing them in front of the employees.He felt like all the employees are his slaves & believe in changing all employees of a particular branch every 3 months. He believes in recruiting new people, he got fade-up of the face if the employee is working for past 6 months.If the employees is giving good sales then also he is having problem, if not then also he will.

Cegonsoft is a fraudulent company, its CEO Chandru is fraudulent person, there are cases which are filled in Chennai, Maduarai, Banglore police stations for his mal practices, There are other people supporting his activities in side his organization who are also under scrutineer by CBCID for white Collar cimes, all the other team members include Murali, kalyan, Divya, Dev Dutt, Sangeeeta who pose them self as chief executives of the organization are also enlisted under white collar crimes by offering jobs and cheating people in different ways. These management people have also made their back up plans to start and run other organization i3it limited, as they knew Cegonsoft can be blacklisted any time.

They try to offer employees in the name of i3it letter head which is not a registered company and you don't see any name board of i3it in infront off their offices, they have cheated many job holders, students by offering fake jobs, fake projects by offering fake letters which are not accepted by organizations, colleges.

the sections under this organization being scrutinized by CBCID, INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT are under Section 409 for breach of trust, under Section 420 for cheating, and under Section 468 and Section 471 for forgery.

Request all the new employees, students be ware not take any decision of associating with this company at any cost, you might for go much more in later stages...

In the month of Oct'2012 I had registered with Cegonsoft Malleshwaram branch, Bangalore related to my project, before joining the counselor Ms Shruthi promised me saying that what ever modifications required in the project will be taken care by them at Cegonsoft, but after paying the complete amount of Rs 15, 000(because they forced me to pay in one shot) and wasting 2 months of my crucial study time first the trainer fellow who was handling my project left Cegonsoft then now other employees like the center manager Karthikeyan, Counselor Shruthi started playing with me saying that they were busy in meeting etc when ever I used to call I would get the same response in a day " It really frightens me that the breaks they take if properly utilized with good intentions they may even succeed someday---hahahaha LOL" just to provide me with a demo class they require 4 days of prior notice it seems...just try and understand guys/gals do not waste your precious time/money/career or for that matter anything by getting associated with this company your future is bright don't spoil it by getting associated with this Cegonsoft if you don't believe me my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com you can surely mail me and clarify any kind of doubts you have.

Still my project is not completed and the trainers here at Cegonsoft can't even speak proper english atleast such a third grade consultancy, and instead of solving the students problems they themselves (the employees)are big problems here they even don't have any kind of time sense at all forget it, their attitude is another thing, once you clear your fees you can literally see how their attitude changes from polite to goodaism, once you clear your fees then they will dictate the terms as to what they will provide, when they will provide and how or how much they will provide by this time they will have all their earlier promises forgotten.

So before joining this third grade bogus company for any reason do a detailed study and then join, because they are still alive because of only one factor that they don't return any students fees no matter what.

Worst instutiue i have ever seen in my life. Im an experienced person of 7 yrs IT industry and joined python course

Day1: Classes at 8am. But no one in office till 9:30am
Day2: Agreed to shift timings to 8:30. But faculty came at 8:45. Gone through the so called course ware.
Day3: Started with very basic fundamentals, but i asked to run simple program (supposed to do it on 6th day). Faculty doesn't know to run.
Had to fight with the Manager, she doesn't have any other person. Agreed to have some one with knowledge on C/C++, Also shifted timing again to 8am.
Day4: No one in office till 9am...

one of my friend recomended me to join cegonsoft, because she did her PHP& mySQL in bangalore and she got placed in IT company.she said cegonsoft is very good training institute and faculties are very good.now I am totally confused because of these reviews.any one can clarify wheather this institute is fake or good.

**They even ACCUSED that my brother IS NOT ATTENDING the so called "CLASS" which does not exist since there is NO lecturer PRESENT.

Then i joined for J2EE course in cegonsoft. Dec 2009 i got placed.

Honestly speaking cegonsoft is costlier but if we are good we will placed. I hope all these guys who commented are really not serious people. Reason they are No.1 in placements.

In Dec itself with me almost 50+ students got placed.

I'm an employee of cegonsoft., often ill see the students comments here and will report to my boss CM sir(Chandra mohan) but he will ask me give a good and decent comment as a student like the company is very good and is no.1 in placements the HR's are very hardworking and friendly.

Faculties are good but the company will give the lowest salary and that to not in time after 18th of every month and mainly u should know this the java j2ee RIA trainers are getting only 4k as salary thats y they are not much interested to work. For this salary the faculties are working for more 14hrs.

So i agree the the above comment as the management is not good but please dont scold the employees because we are telling wat ever our boss says and if we finish our target we'll get our salary or else only 40% of the salary as the company rules.

I was the student of cegon soft pvt ltd, it is really very frustrating, irritating and disgusting institute... this is 1 of the worst institute... i suggest students not to join... they are extremely unorganized... they have no time sense at all... they dont value the students timming... they ll tell you to wait anfor 15mins... and even after 1hour ther ll be no response from them... later if we go and ask, they ll tell you come 2w we ll talk abot it... its not only 1nce... its every time the same...the fculties are also not good 2months course ll be prolonged for 5months-6months that to after arguin, fighting they ll complete the course...after exam they ll tell your certficate will be ready in15 days bt they ll give you after 2months...if we enquire about it, the reply will be extremely rude... the placement is also bad...

I respect every comment made by people against Cegonsoft. First off, i was also almost going to be a scapegoat with these bloody third rates. Allah alone saved me from them as the first time i went to their office in bangalore in Kalyan Nagar they promised me hell out of things saying they would train me in and out of .net and also told me we will brush up in C and C++ and she asssured me about placements. I was in doubt and a girl who came just before me was arguing and fighting with the councellor regarding some course she had taken up. I hadn't realised and gave in a try. And the next time i came to their office i found it closed. I went to the security guy of the building to enquire and he told me "no students come there and they going on a major loss looks like they have closed permanently". Hearing this, i was shocked and at the same time thousand times thankful to Allah as he had saved my day and later i went online and explored regarding them and then i read some reviews, and the reviews were so painful and looked to me as if the institute was heading for big time danger. Really these people will be shot at gunpoint. One simple thing i can summarize here. If you are in Bangalore, Look for a institute thats run by Non-tamilians. Tamilians are third rate bloody should be shot at sight. They are pure cheaters who steal others money or do whatever it takes for money. They are Slum Dwellers third rates you see any slum in Bangalore, you find bloody Tamilians. Cheapos, they do tis because they are brought up in slums and look for ways to make money by cheating people and saying a thousand fold lies. I have done a course in cegonsoft, bangalore.First time when i enquired there they told something, second time they told something..But i joined somehow.You know they are only keen on money.No good training because there is no good faculties for java/.Net...So am requesting you not to join there...If you do obviously your money will be wasting money.I swear.

Cegonosft Pvt. Ltd. is a Bangalore based IT training center, run by Mr. Chandramohan who rose from rags to riches. He is a simple man who dug himself from obscurity to establish an institute with the sole objective to serve students who come from the downtrodden and suburban as well. Why would a man himself who rose from obscurity think of to ditch someone or swindle money from someone?

Take the following into consideration.
1. Complaints from Complainants
Since the website "Consumer Complaints" is free of cost the negative shades and pitfalls of the institute are put across. When there is a complaint, people gather to vociferate together. What about the students who made their future through Cegonsoft? Just because it is not being specified by these successful students does not mean that they have succeeded because of Cegonsoft. 2. Courses are expensive
Looks like course like Php/Mysql has fallen out of the complainants sight. Is it really that expensive as in the other institutes. For the training, project and job opportunity provided, there is a big team working in the back end to strive to get you into IT industry. Are the courses still not worthy paying so much.

3. No placements
For a student who comes from a college to join Cegonsoft should be in a position to understand that there is something lacking and that is exactly why Campus interviews could not help you much. When you surrender yourself to an institute you should be able to understand that the institute is obliged to take care of you, as this is what will add to the reputation of the institute in the long run. Take into count the students who enter the institute with a right spirit and get placed.

Your displeasure is the institute's negativity whereas your positivity is something the institute's strength, as without your positivity you cant get a job through this institute and in return the institute cant boost that it has placed you.

4. Use of glamorous girl
Who on earth is permitted to use such derogatory words against a girl or woman in an open platform like this? If you had yielded to glamour and join an institute, it clearly shows that the objective of the student who has joined that way is absolutely different and unclear. In addition, just one complaint from Cegonsoft is all enough to teach the complainant a good lesson. Assume you were lucky that the institute has not taken any step, perhaps it is likely to take this forward to penalize the deserving. This is an opportunity for the derogatory complainants to remove their filthy complaints whichever involves the usage of words likely to defame the female. Otherwise the choice is yours to face the rest.

5. Former employees, the latter complainants
For the former employees who turn around to stab the institute which was paying for your food all these days, kindly back off. Cegonsoft is on its gradual progression and healthy expansion to render its service as much as possible in all belts of India. I was a student of this idiotic CEGONSOFT, i have lost 18 000 towards RIA, my parents i had kept my gold earing and paid the fees to these rascals, ther wa a bladi female jupi roy as the counsellor, she use to torture by giving 15 calls in a day nonstop to join the RIA course here at kormangala branch in bangalore.i was desperetely looking out for job on in IT, these ***s took advantage of the situation and my mother with lot of dreams joined me here in this [censored] institute.
while we visited for just enquiry we were treated like some foreign delegates visiting INDIA, but when we visited the center after payment of fees we were treated like like beggars asking for alms.
I was told by this bladi jupi that they have tie ups with accenture, sun, microsoft and other reputed companies, trust me they dont even know the spelling of these companies.
The crooks promised placement oppurtunities in companies, they have appointed a bladi female sangeetha as HR here in bangalore kormangala branch she was a highly irresponsible lady on earth, our classes wer kept on hold for over a month and a half, we felt we were cheated only then, these bas*********s used to not even pickup calls, i was staying close by so i went and asked one day i was made to wait for more than an hour to meet this lady.which yielded no results, my mom had called to this bit**h to enquire about the course continuation, she does not even know to give respect and shouted at my mom for disturbing her at working hours and i dont know wat the bladi hell work she does.
her main job is to trap innocent students into this institute CEGONSOFT.
I am not mad or nuts to waste my time writing all this about cegonsoft, if i have had good experience i would not have been doing this, so guys any one joining cegonsoft please do no do so, this is HELL .i had even writen teh exams for the course but they failed me and did not even show the papers.I regret everyday for wasting my parents money on this institute, please some media people should see this and report on TV, you will save 1000's of innocent students.

This is for your awareness and you should not fall in the trap of CEGONSOFT PVT LTD which is one of most employee cheating organization in south india. Please do not join their because if you are joining there they will suck your blood, Since I was one of the bad luck who suffered there. Basically it is a training institute and it is very easy to get a job there ‘BECAUSE NOONE WILL STAY THERE MORE THAN TWO MONTH’. Even if you join there as technical dept you have to do the work of councellers, front office, marketing executive system administrator etc. They will give only a nominal salary that also as installment base especially for marketing people. Even they will allow any conveyance to employees. For technical people it will be a horrible work place. At the time of interview they will say we have to take only one technology. But after entering into the company you have to handle at least three or four technology. Even i[censored] don’t know the technology u are compelled to play drama in front of students. Eventually they will get angry and they will start to scold trainers. In their advertisement they will project like an IT company, but there is no live project or even academic project. Even academic project also they are simply purchasing outside. These projects, in terms of quality will be BIG ZERO, again here also trainers will suffer. In IEEE project they are simply cheating students by giving some attractively designed forms java swing or .NET. If you are still doubt on me while going to interview pls ask about employee survival ratio. It is less than 5%.
Even they will not allow you to resign properly. They don’t have any definite notice period, even it may mentioned like 30 days in offer letter. They will ask you to be in notice period for 60-90 days. As they expected employee compelled to abscond from there. For these days they will not give the salary also. The stupid HR does’t know what is HR management. So my advice from my experience is pls do not go there if you want to build up a good career. You can be employee there i[censored] want to learn how to cheat others or how to run a fraud company or how cheat job seekers Since CEFONSOFT PVT LTD is father of all cheaters.


For students
They will tell you about 100% placements. It is big comedy that how they are placed students. If you went there you can see big board like 100 people placed in 50 days. That is true only, but pls ask them where did they working. They simply sent you to some consultancy and you will be “PLACED” there. Even if you placed in companies your salary will not cross 3000k and that also companies like cegon. In their history they didn’t place anyone in MNC, still you can see some acknowledgement letter in front office from MNC but those are all placed only because of their talent and not because of cegonsoft. Still if you are not ready to believe pls check their book materials before joining. It is 100% website copies(from roseindia.net, w3schools.com, jboss.com, Microsoft.com etc..) and that also not in proper format. So pls do not join there you will definitely loose you money since I worked there as an employee

Please don't join CEGONSOFT training institue. It is a fake institute with false promises and fake assurances. I ignored the above comments and gave them a try to prove all these comments wrong. But they sincerely screwed me by taking Rs 5000/- for an advanced java course as they provide no demo classes option. And i[censored] ask them why they tell u with CEGONSOFT u are promised to get quality.

The quality is only in counsellors not elsewhere. I was enrolled in their week day classes to begin with. They promised to start a class soon then after two or three days their beautiful counsellor told me we require 5 students to start a batch. I said ok but start at the earliest. For Last one month i didn't have a class except their boring personality development class on saturday of which i attended only one class.

When i asked them for last one month i have no class they told me to shift in weekend course for which we are going to start batches soon. But still I had no luck to have a class there. Then they told me to shift to their Domlur Sancia center where new batch is starting with a new experienced trainer. After more than a month I thought I finally have a class from an experienced trainer. But that trainer was not experienced that much as they told me. He was only 2 years experienced guy still learning things.

PLEASE don't join this fake institute with lot of false promises and fake assurances.

all the complaints stated above are true to my experience.i had joined in July 15, 2010 for software testing and php courses in Coimbatore hopes branch and paid RS.23000.

my faculty was good in teaching but if we ask any serious doubts he will blabber something and go to next topic and will not clear that doubt.systems in lab was also not in good condition till i complete the course even the staff system they are using, and they had provided the course books for us only at the end of the end of course.
i also referred some of my friends to join there first and now they are asking me that teaching was not good.what can i say to them now.i am undergoing the project work now for that also no helping from them and no proper response for doubts we are asking.they are fully money minded institute if we get any job through then we'll have to pay certain percentage for them.

i attended an interview in a client company of cegon yesterday, they ask what u had learnt from there and we don't know the basic things, all o[censored]s who attended the interview.they ask only simple basic questions i am unable to answer them bcoz they didn't teach those basic things itself.not full prospectus is taught.its a fake institute.its purely showing beautiful girls in front office and mesmerizing the minds of students.and fully money minded so please don't choose this institute... save yourself guys...

I had a bitter experience with this company, they didn't provide the faculty for more than 2 months and after that when we asked for refund of our money they totally refused and were asking more time. Even now after 4 months they say that they are still trying to get the faculty, but all of them are lies.

When you have all these problems why don't you go to police station or consumer court??? whats there simply posting here? do you think you get knowledge or money from this? NO right? Then go to the institution and talk to them. Wanted to learn HTML, Dreamweaver, CSS, JavaScript, MYSQL & PHP. Few guys who have done it told me that this Cegon Soft is good one. So i just went there for an enquiry & told the councellor(Jassima) my requirements. She suggested me to go for RIA course. Then i asked her about RIA faculty i said i wanna talk to that faculty. She said the faculty(a girl called Spoorthy) is on leave today & i[censored] want i can call her up. Jassima caller her up & she(Spoorthy) explained the format over the phone pretty well. The councellor said she will be ur faculty. The total fees for that she told is around 22k if you pay at one shot. I[censored] pay by installment, it come around 25k. I said i will go with the installment one coz i have to see whether the classes will go properly or not. And its just 2 installments. First one we have to pay Rs 12800 which is non refundable. After 4-5days, i went there to take the admission. They treated me like a US-President comming to India. Ok i paid that first installment by cheque(around 12k) at the accounts section. Even before paying the fees, i asked that accounts guy can i meet that RIA faculty today?? As soon as i asked that i found nervous & with a shiver in his voice, he said-"he has gone for emergency break for 2 to 3 hours!" How Ridiculous! And he added that he is not a permanent employee of this branch & he stays in Malleshwaram branch & doesn't know about the faculties of this branch! After paying at the accounts section, i went back to the councellor & asked her 'bout my first class & batch timings. She said she will give a call by evening. And by around 5:45 she gave a call & she told me to come on very next day by 10:30 for class. I went at sharp 10:30 & met the councellor. The way they received me that day was totally different from the way they received me while enquiry & while paying the fees. She asked me to go to basement for class.(Management stays in 4th floor & classes will be at the basement!) I went there & that 'telephone girl' 'Spoorthy' was missing. A person called Satish asked me to wait for few minutes at a lab-chamber. Some other guy called Ankit came to me by 10:40 & took my class for 20 mins & by 11:00 he said class is over & will continue tomo!!(while joining the councellor said it will be 2 hour class daily) He called it an intro for HTML & it was totally a !! He was kinda nervous & very unprofessional. I was hardly able to hear his voice! I complained about this to that councellor & manager that i'm very much dissapointed on the very first day & i asked them to provide a proper faculty. And they said ok form tomo that 'telephone girl' 'spoorthy' is gonna take ur class. And when i went next day, it was again a dissapointment. That councellor was 'missing'! No Spoorthy! Again that [censored]in guy Ankit came to me & asked whats ur timing? I said the councellor asked me to come by 10:30 for the class. He stared at me for a while & said 9:30 is ur class timings & pointing his finger towards some students said see i have covered lot of things for them today! I asked what to do now? He asked me to sit for a while & sent me another lady. She said 9:30 is ur class timings but as today u came by 10:30, ur class cant be taken today. And that guy came to me & said no problem u come by 10:30 tomorrow, i will ask the other guys to come at 10:30 & i will take ur today's back-up class for 10 mins tomorrow & will continue! 2 days of dissapointment!! Very un-organized & very Un-proffesional. I decided to discontinue & stopped the cheque which i had given them! Institute!

CEGONSOFT is a project centre, which asks you more than double the amount when compared with the others!!. The so-called staffs have no coordination among themselves and doesnt have much knowledge on their domains. I am from MOUNT ROAD BRANCH, CHENNAI. They boasts about their placements..but the reality is that they themselves doesnt have proper employees. They usually goes to C class colleges in the outskirts of chennai and recruits(CHEATS!!!) the students with a salary of 8k/month!!!.

I'm Sangeetha, same here, even i joined the software testing course but no staff, no class, and nothing there.but they coleected he fees on day 1 itself.no placement, no certificate and no proof that we have completed the course.they collected Rs15000.But pure fraud company, my advice is o not join there.

dont put ur hard earned money in this institute . those cheaters are just sitting for that only with there sweet words. they dont have proper trainers . Once paid u r traped . u have to bear. they wont bother to listen to u even. no lab assistance, s/w not installed properly. no placements. will give u interview calls for small compys where either u have to work without pay or less pay. for giving interview calls also they have conditions like above 60% marks in academics, BE/ MCA recent pass out.

Here is my experience. I am an experienced IT professional. Joined at Cegonsoft to upgrade my skill. I already have a job and Paid a hefty amount for this course. The course never started as promised by the beauty at the front desk. Eventually i had to agree to their timings and arrived on day one of the course. And person claiming to be a software developer enters the room wearing bathroom slippers and starts teaching C & C++. When i asked questions he was joking around and asked the same questions back to me. It appeared that he mugged up before the class started and spat the same thing out to me. It was total horse . I paid such a hefty amount to listen to . He did not show any examples on the computer but rather wrote some nonsense on the board. The class was over in 10 mins!!! and he told the rest will cover in next class!! When i asked him about professional editors used to design websites he was standing like a [censored] and had no answer.. My verdict 0 out of 10 to cegonsoft. The trainers there are student who could not get a job anywhere and working for nigerdly wages.. They suck your money by keep w****e's at the front desk and lure you in. Once you are in your money is gone, forget about it. My advice to all freshers and experienced guys. Please don't make the mistake i made.. Please see the reviews online and then take a decision to join or not. You only know the value of money when you are earning it. Your parents will pay the money so you wont feel the pinch. There are many videos on youtube from which you can learn. You can also take online courses which are excellent and designed by good software professional. This is a fake company stay away from it...

I asked other counselors they told its not new. & they do not know to respect employees. a person who doesnot deserve to be a CEO has called himself CEO & treating employees like a slave. no dignity for employees in the company. he make every1 to bliv him by his talk.he recruit people only for peak season then fire them out by telling all tales. in bangalore, jayanagar branch after the peak season he fired all the counselors, assistant manager, center head, regional manager even front office executive. this is his methodology . so cheap & cunning. very selfish. Yes the institute is dumb, the faculty are not experienced, few are still freshers wile some are undergoing trainings, they also lack co-ordination, the admin guyz are always into sucking money out o[censored], I had to pay a fine of Rs 1000, late fee payment for no purpose. The manger is only for name sake, an perfect example of good for nothing guy. Most of the employee in this institute sit idly, coz no work, but wen u look at them they pretend to be busy with their laptop ON. But on closer inspection u'll find that they are busy doing facebook or posting fake advertisement and blogs of the company.
If the teacher is absent ( which he usually is) the councilor / receptionist fails to inform you. Its only after 1-2hr drive n completely exhausted, after arriving at the center u'll come to know about no classes.
This company is a perfect cheat as most of the student who join this company are dumb-, jst admire the councilor n in the classroom jst watch as if a magic show is going on... sometime after half hr, the class is over while at times it is 1 hr. Further the class never starts on time...
As for the lab it is in pathetic state... 1 hr theory n 1hr lab...( u can use the lab the full day, coz there is no faculty to guide you.) ur on ur own... And almost all of this dumb- student don't do visit the lab at all.
Further these dumb- student never ask questions, a plus point for the teacher (another dumb on the show, coz if they do the teacher are lost, confused n one way or the other change the topic).
Well its not only the fault of the Center it is us student that are perfect example of , afraid to complain, or ask questions if we fail to understand or finds that our class are not up to the mark.
Finally I would like every one to know that it is better not to join this institute..., only interested in making profit...

Cegonsoft. I have been there, did a course(php/mySql). I wasn't too sure if I was heading to the right place so I can gain knowledge. There were pages of reviews-both Good and Bad.But Bad taking sides on most pages. And since Internet claims it is the best place for software development center in Bangalore I chose cegonsoft.
So here is what I have say about it.
Cegonsoft is more than an average institute, unlike most centers, cegonsoft has some qualities when it comes to the few faculties who have attributed to most good part of the institute. Like any centers, who is more money mined, cegonsoft is no less than that, its a Business after all. They charged me huge for the course. But speaking of teaching methods, trust me...It's a Fine and worth it. My teacher was Sir. Prem, Good and could understand him better than the rest.

There are 3 or 4 Cegonsoft, Choose the in Malleswaram Branch, dont make a mistake of Going to Domlur brach.

The company wont provide salary even after 2 months and they are very poor in their service, they target only money money money. They cheat students a lot. there are many sad stories of it. they do aggressive marketing by the office gals and get money by giving false commitments.

Trainer are all fresher and they themselves don't know anything and when students asks something they go google it and dictate that as such.

Employees don't join their and also don't give your certificates to them.

I totally agree with the complaints posted on CegonSoft, as I have also been a similar vicitm.
I joined for a course for 15 - 20 days maximum. Its close to three months and nothing has happened till now. You call up the Center manager and he says, we will let you know. They had informed during admission that they have good Quality Training and education, however it was surprising to see that the training did not happen over a decent OHP but was happening on a Computer, This computer used to crash regulary during classes, thereby delaying the Training. Irrespective of having a good trainer, the facility at the institute was pathetic with systems all patched with gum tapes and tied with threads, using outdated Blac and White Samtron Monitors etc... Apart from this we were supposed to get Text Books of our subject, but what was given was printouts from the help file, with Cegonsoft's name branded on the books. Out of the three subjects that i had opted for, i received my book only for one subject and when i questioned the Center Manger, he says he is not aware that there are three books. Placement - No one has ever called me till now, So I dont bother either. Students and Parents beware of Cegonsoft and my sincere advise is not to Study anything with them.

Any one help me plz ...my sister told me to learn php because i am having interest on it.so while searching i got NIIT.when i entered for enquiry in NIIT they were telling me tat i hav no programming skill (i know C well and OOP concept also)so u hav to go through in java dotnet and then enter PHP..(they are making me to join j2ee and java)at that time a girl of my age studying in another college which is near my college came and enquiring the NIIT staff.

This is a stupid center... first when i went there, they brainwashed my projectteam well.. telling to our project team about the technical staff, projects and placements.. totally everything is zero there... the staffs there do know anything as we know.. they were not technical staffs at all.. and about the projects they told initially the projects are real time but after joining there i understood its not.. and they did not train us in real time.. some company is doing projects for them based on the IEEE title and they get from them by giving money.. and about the placements its totally zero.. they cheat students by posting ads that they assure placements if someone take project with training.. so plz student cegonsoft a big fraud institute .. don't do your final year projects there.. don't waste your valuable money and time.. my team wasted 4 months time and the amount of 25000... I'm another person who joined a course for LAMP at Cegonsoft Pvt LTD and been cheated for my money..they had promised to teach the course with total dedication since i was not from technical back ground. However once after the fees was paid they have totally ignored the fact to even start my classes..

My brother joined for a course at CEGONSOFT on APR 12 2010 for 2 months. Before collecting the fees they were very COURTEOUS, constantly calling, enquiring, when to begin how to pay etc.,

Once the fees was PAID the DRAMA literally started unfolding...UTTER CHAOS, TOTAL MISMANAGEMENT


**Till today he does not have a LECTURER
**Every 2 days a LECTURER quits.
**They make false promises that they will finish the 2 months course in 2 WEEKS.
**They even ACCUSED that my brother IS NOT ATTENDING the so called "CLASS" which does not exist since there is NO lecturer PRESENT.
**Every time I call they give the most OUTRAGEOUS explanation and EXCUSES that the MANAGER is in a FICTICIOUS "LUNCH MEETING" whether you call them in the morning, afternoon or evening.
**They have warned me that they won;t PICK up my PHONE CALLS anymore

please don't join there...they will not give any placement...fake assurence whill joining...please don't trust them...i lost my 20, 000 rupees by joining there in software testing...please friends don't join there that believing that surely u'll getting job...that'll not happen...
