I ordered a chair mechanism part for a C100 lite mesh chair on 2ndJune 2025 which was initially supposed to be delivered within a week. But it has not arrived yet and there is no update from their side about its whereabouts till now. I tried contacting them through WhatsApp on16th June but never got a reply from the chat and till date there has-been no clear response. I also called on the same number and they said that a high priority ticket is being raised, about which I will get a call from the team within 24 hours; but the timeline elapsed. I then wrote an email regarding the same to which they said they will reply ASAP, but again it has been a week now and there is no response. I got a text message from India Post that the parcel was redirected due to insufficient address, although I had clearly mentioned the complete address while placing the order. If still it was the case, then to verify I had asked the same and given my complete address on WhatsApp to which I was left without a reply. I have attached all the relevant screenshots for the reference and also for the sake of evidence as part of the exhibit. This is very unprofessional behavior from a reputed brand, with no serious concern to solve a simple logistics issue. Was this information helpful? |
