I Ordered A C83 Executive Chair - Blue From Cellbell.In On Sept 12th, 2021 With Order #1****7. After Few Days On 15th It Got Auto Cancelled From Their End.
This Is What Their Site Reads,
"Your Order Is Marked As Canceled Due To Logistics Have Stopped Services Temporarily At Your Location. Hence Once They Resume, We Will Keep You Posted. Currently, Your Order Is Returning Back To Us From The Logistics Warehouse.
REFUND Will Be Initiated Tomorrow As It Already In The Refund Queue.
Really Sorry We Couldn’t Be Served You This Time.
Thanks & Regards,
CELLBELL Team."

Since Then I Had Been Tirelessly Chasing Their Customer Support, But They Never Live Upto Promise Of Refunding The Amount.

    Hi,

    I have ordered a product office chair from this company called cellbell.com on 31st July and estimated delivery was 4th august. I am continuously following with them. However they are not giving any date nor they are refunding my amount and charging me for their fault.

    I am currently exchanging email with Person with name of Sourav Chhinkara from this company. They are not replying on whats up nor their phone is on.

    Please help on this.

    We mailed thrice to Delhivery courier partner with request that either deliver or return back the parcel as per process. But due to ongoing covid situations and their work from home colleagues, communication is broken and we are yet to receive their proper response.
    Please don't worry, if it's delivered in some time, that's great else we will surely Refund it once parcel is returned back to our warehouse by Logistics.
    Honestly, such situations never happened before April, 2020. But now in order to Deliver heavy packages, we have Delhivery partner available with their staff shortages, on road state border issues etc. Hence although it's not a customer fault to wait indefinitely, but we do need support cooperation this time, because these are unusual situations with Logistics too and they are not fully prepared for high demand with less people at backend.

    Your consideration will be really appreciated by this make in India company in these times.

      I ordered a c99 black mid-back chair (https://cellbell.in/products/c99-back-office-mid-back-chairblack/) from cellbell.in on 10-jun-2020. The order number is 125732. O n 16-jun-2020, i was delivered a c99 high-back chair (https://cellbell.in/products/c99-high-back-revolving-boss-chairblack/) with some defects on the product (I have photographs of the defects and the video of the unpacking of the shipment). The defects are: inadequate packing, paint chips, dusty product, oil smudges, unravelled thread joints, dented stand, the height adjustment does not work smoothly and the product looks as through it is used one. The chair also easily tips over backwards on slight force and hence is dangerous to sit on. The company website only provides a watsapp number[protected] to contact them. I registered a complaint on the watsapp asking them to replace the product with brand new one and the exact product that i ordered on 16-jun-2020. So far i've only received an automated response indicating that my query will be attended to. I have not heard back from the company at all. I want the product replaced to my satisfaction or i want the full refund.
