Cellbuddy — Defective product received through online purchase [Consumer Protection Act - 2019]

I ordered an iPhone SE 2016 (16GB) from Cellbuddy thinking they were a reputed store in Mumbai. I firstly paid 999 in advanced for 'shipping' charges and opted for cash on delivery to avoid any further scams. They contacted me through WhatsApp and on call to confirm my order and offered me a better device for 6700. I agreed and told them that I'll pay 1000 rupees more (instead of 5700, I paid 6700). The product got confirmed in 8th October 2025 and the parcel was delivered to me through Blue Dart by 10th October. When I opened the parcel, the phone looked good at first then I used it a bit and tried to charge but it isn't charging at all then it got switched off and it never turned on. I tried to contact them for it and they said that they won't refund my amount or never confirmed a proper replacement. The staff is rude and they don't communicate properly. I am devastated now because I don't have any money left to buy another device or repair it. Plus they gave me warranty of 3 months for this device but they are not responding to that either.
