Cellbuddy sells defective IPhone,stole my IPhone 13 pro

I bought an iPhone 13 pro 1 year warranty and with insurance from cellbuddy at ₹77000 and they provided me a defective piece and I told them to replace it they said me to send it I send it and gave ₹500 for the delivery after that they send me another one then after 3 months the screen gone blank and I reached them again they said u have done physical damage it was not at all scratch thereafter they told me to again send it, I did it and gave ₹500 for the delivery again thereafter they said that I have to pay ₹24000 for it's replacement i asked them why they said as it was physically damaged, not a single scratch and they charged me that I paid it once again after that when I received the iphone the iphone it was more damaged it screen was popping out, camera defects it was a defective iPhone., , i reached them once again they said me to send it again paid more ₹500 and send it ... I am frustrated with them i reached there soo called manager Haider +[protected] he is not at all educated he doesn't know to read too ... After that he said that my matter will be solved and now they have received the iphone and took my apple id and removed it from my iPhone and now telling that they didn't received my iPhone ... That's nonsense I have the POD of the shipping too and they are telling lie...
They r just spamming people through there Instagram handle, Facebook, WhatsApp they sell defective products
Today 15/02/2024 i didn't got my iPhone still trying but they are not responding to me...
Wasted my ₹1, 04, 000 my earnings
Please help 🙏🏻 anybody...

Wasted my money by buying a iphone from cellbuddy.
Now when I am complaining about the product they are not at all interested in solving my issue or refunding my money back.
They really have cheap and mannerless staff they basically have no idea or maybe they are not educated well so as to how to talk to the customers.
Really the worst vendor shop ever I have come across in my life.

Fake products
I purchased a iPhone from cellbuddy in feb in april it got some network issues which was a manufactured problem i submitted phone for repair they took a month to repair my mobile and then after a month with so much arguments they returned it with fake camera fake display and battery even my phone i getting heat if inuse of 5 min too

I ordered apple airpods pro
When i asked product is new or refurbished they said its open box
And then when I receive the product it was full of scratches and dents
Then i called them to return this product
And there team members don’t even know how to talk with customer
They were abusing
All please beware of cellbuddy
I got cheated with 10500₹
So please i would suggest you all not to buy anything from cellbuddy
When I bought from cellbuddy i thought website bhi theek hai instagram pr bhi ache followers hai trusted laga but trust me ye log chor hai aur jab mene complaint ki inse to mujhe hi phone pr gaali dene lage

I ordered Xs Max ( 256 ) seal packed and had done the transaction but instead of a brand new phone they gave me a Replacement Iphone

I ordered iphone 11 128 gb from https://cellbuddy.in/.
I received the phone and I did the payment, however the iPhone I received is damaged.
When I call the customer care team, they ask me unboxing video. But I dont have unboxing video BECAUSE WHILE MAKING THE PURCHASE THERE IS NO INFORMATION OR GUIDANCE ON THEIR WEBSITE TO MAKE SUCH A RECORDING.
So they did not provide me the info...

I ordered an iPhone 8 on February 22 from a website called cellbuddy.in. On the same day I got a message on WhatsApp that I have to send Rs.499 from Paytm Shipping charge. I sent this amount on the same day to the number mentioned by him. It's been 7 days today but my order hasn't shipped and now I want to cancel my order as my order hasn't shipped yet. so i want my money refund but when i called in cellbuddy but they refused to refund the money.

I bought a new iphone xr from cellbuddy on 8th April, 2021 from Cellbuddy, Malwani gate no 5, Malad west -400095, they provide me 12 months warranty by after 7 months o[censored]sage on 8th november, 2021 my phone is dead (don't know the reason behind it) i took my phone to them as it is under warranty they submit it with them and told me a TAT of 25 wrkng days till now which means on 1st Dec i haven't received any call frm there deprtment.
My concerned is that they any chrging 50% of insurance to me, as my ohone is warranty why should i give any charge, please look into this and don't hesitate to call me or mail me.
Plx help me as it my first income phone whcih i buy from all my savings money, from my first job

I had bought an iphone XR on 4th April 2021, from Cellbuddy at malwani malad west they provide me 12 months warranty of my phone, but after that on 4th november, 2021 which means after the use of 7 months my phone became dead don't the reason behind it, so i went to cellbuddy they told me to come on 8th november as due to festive season (diwali) so i went there on Monday i.e 8th november, 2021 they submitted my phone with them and provide me a TAT of 25 working days and also told me that you will receive a call from there service centre team, but till now i didn't recive any call so my concerned behind all this is that if they are providing me 12 months warranty so why they charging 50% of Insurance money with me..please look into as my phone is under warranty why should i give any charges of my phone to them.

We have applied for iPhone 7 32 GB worth 24000 from cellbuddy in 2019 with help of zest money finance.
But Cellbuddy says that they didn't get any amount disbursed from zest money and didn't give us product also when we contacted to give us the same in cancellation letter which zest money asks, they are not giving, when we went to their shop, they have said like owner is not there and sent us back with wrong numbers

I purchased iPhone 12 pro max gold in 112900 from them, they sell imported product at cheap price that’s why i bought from them but on bill and box Redington / allaboutiphonelive and gprworldwide was written and price was mentioned ₹81500 so they have earned more then 25k from me, which is cheating, then i ordered iphone 12 pro max from gprworldwide in 81500 and the product was as same as the product which I received from cellbuddy and same applies for Marvans as well.

We buy phones for such expensive price and they are just slashing down prices and because of that we are unable to sell our old phone in real price kindly stop them to sell phone unofficiallly that breaks the market totally. I am not opposing you giving phones earlier then the actual market thats difference apple company should take action on it.
Iphones are so costly when we buy it and cellbuddy is a platform and it is situated in mumbai and they are selling that iphones in really cheap price and because of that our cellphones which are 100% genuine their rate is cutting down so i want that unofficially iphones sold should stopped

I ordered iPhone SE from cell buddy and paid 13999 INR for product as COD
On 28/12/2020 Monday I got product but its battery was performing very very poor although health was 100%
Also product was not receiving network bars as per expectations
At the same place my iPhone 11 Pro max (which I am using already) was showing full network bars but iPhone SE was only showing one bar and even sometime it kept on searching network
So overall I was not satisfied by the product and then I talked to your customer care number [protected] and [protected] and they asked me why I was asking for refund and I told them the issue.
Their behaviour was not a professional one and then I got a call from Haider from cell buddy and he heard the matter. He offered me new sealed product and I asked him to give me some time to think. Then I agreed to pay more for sealed iPhone SE. But after sometime my opinion was changed and I finally asked for refund.
I have already returned your product in same condition as I received. 13580873 is the tracking number of the courier through which I returned your product ( Trackon courier). I was charged 700 INR for this courier.
So as I have safely returned your product and I am not further interested in any of your products so please refund my 13999 INR and if possible 700 INR courier charges

I pay money 4500rs for a iphone on 2-july but later on because of trust issues i cancel my order on 4-th july and later on claimed refund. They said wait for couple of days after we provide your refund... Than after some time they ignoring my phone calls and cut my calls many times... And still i can't thing that they are interested to give my refund...
