[Resolved]  Cellbuddy — Delivery paid, no mobile received

In 10/9/2022 i placed order and contacted to Cellbuddy.in ‪on whatsapp.
I paid 499 for delivery.
From 10/9/2022 till now i did not receive mobile or get refund for 499
