Sir, Mr. Raj kumar handa and others on[protected] have installed a shutter and covered the common passage. All the other shopkeepers have opposed them and also complained to the police. But no action has been taken. Mr. Rajkumar handa has challenged everyone that no matter whom we complained, he wont let anyone remove that shutter. Also he boasts that he will cover more area, when he wishes to in order to increase the size of his shop. I also have given a written complaint to the dy. Commissioner of mcd, and also have registered my complaint on the net several times. But i think no one bothers as no mcd official have come to solve the matter. He along with others own last four corner shops on the 1st floor of 13/34, wimpy plaza, arya samaj road, karol bagh, new delhi-5. When the shops were sold, there was a window on both sides of the floor. But mr. Rajkumar handa installed a shutter and covered the window, as he told everyone that in his registry it is written that he owns the passage. Few years he tried to cover more area of the common passage, but when we dialed 100 no. All of them ran. But on[protected] that is on monday, when the market is closed, he got a shutter installed that shutter and covered the common passage, which he wanted for past many years. On[protected] when the marmet opened, all shopkeepers opposed his move and asked him to remove that shutter. But he told us that do whatever you can, this shutter wont be removed and no police can do anything. Its been 5 days, and no mcd official has come to the sight. Mr. Rajkumar handa believes that he is above the law and that with his contacts, he can do anything. Kindly help us in getting justice as there is no window for air to pass and only 1 way of light in the building. We are afraid that other shopkeepers will get inspired by mr. Handa and they will start covering the common passage too. Kindly help all o[censored]s and solve our problem. i wonder, when the concerned authorities will show up, and very angry by the fact- how easy it is for an influential person to forcefully cover the common passage inspite of people opposing.
